Eric's father, Jack Spohn, started the company in 1976 and Eric joined the team in 1992. After opening the initial Ohio office, Eric returned to Indianapolis to assume more business planning and management responsibilities. Eric assumed the Presidency in 2013. Today, Eric handles sales of all products to Southern Indiana and Central Indiana, for our Architectural Installation Company.

Rick's background includes an emphasis on solution sales of high performance architectural products and engineered building systems. At Spohn, Rick assists in all sales and marketing efforts with a focus in Indianapolis and the state of Indiana.
