We designed and developed the first LEED Certified building in the Central Business District in Louisville. Since its formation in 1972, DKN Architects formerly Tucker. Booker. Donhoff+Partners has completed projects across North America. The firm's clients have included major corporations, private developers and public authorities, as well as educational, cultural and religious institutions.

Among its best known works are the LG&E Tower in Louisville, the LEED Certified Corporate Offices of DKN Architects in the NuLu district of Louisville, and the Villages of Park DuValle neighborhood revitalization; Additionally, the Humana Unity Building in the Louisville downtown core district, Underwriters Safety and Claims Headquarters building, and the Beckett Springs Hospital in West Chester, Ohio are a small sampling of the great diversity of building types that the firm has explored.

I attended the University of Kentucky's College of Architecture obtaining a Bachelor of Architecture - way back when it was a 5 year program. I am a registered architect in Kentucky and a LEED Accredited Professional. I started working at DKN in 2014 as a Project Architect.

My responsibilities include all aspects of project development and design - from responding to RFP's, initial client concept meetings, through construction drawings, and final walk throughs of completed projects.The cave homes of Santorini that create organic and intimate spaces as you meander up and down the city paths.
Where did you earn your degree and what certifications do you have? In 2002, I earned my Bachelor of Science in Engineering Graphics and Design from Murray State University. I am also a LEED Accredited Professional. How long have you been with DKN Architects and what are your responsibilities? I've been with DKN since 2016.
Where did you earn your degree and what certifications do you have? I earned my Bachelor of Architecture and my Master of Integrated Design and Construction at Auburn University. War Eagle. The Master program was in its pilot year and focused on collaboration between the design and construction industries for integrated project delivery.
Why did you want to become an architect? When I was in high school, I was introduced to architectural drafting. During my junior and senior years of high school, I attended Jeffersontown Vocational school for a half day and Seneca High School for the remainder of the day. I enjoyed the mix of art, math and science.
Where did you earn your degree and what certifications do you have? I graduated from the Ball State College of Architecture and Planning in 2003 with a Bachelor of Architecture and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Design.
