Aging, genetics, sun exposure, weight fluctuations, stress and many other life experiences can take a toll on our faces, making us look older than we feel. The wear and tear can result in lines and wrinkles, baggy skin under the eyes, undefined facial contours, thinned-out cheeks and lips, unwanted fatty deposits, and sagging skin at the cheeks, jaw and neck.
As skin begins to lose elasticity with age and the effects of the sun, time and gravity all begin to take their toll, the brow begins to descend and horizontal forehead creasing begins to appear. As the brow descends further it can begin to create a sad, angry or tired expression which likely does not reflect how a person truly feels.

When we are born we all have large fat pads in our cheeks that create the round, chubby "baby faces" that look so adorable in photographs. Got my nose job done by him years ago. I think it’s a little misleading that he photoshopped my before/after pictures before he posted on instagram.. Definitely looked a lot better in the picture then it does in real life….. one side is uneven an nostrils are higher then they should be but still an improvement from what it was… except for that now I have breathing problems I never had prior and coughing up phlegm every single day ever since, not cute and never had this problem before. It’s embarrassing and uncomfortable, he was supposed to improve my breathing not make it far worse. I think

I have kept up with Motykie for months now and was a huge fan of his work. I saved up and Flew from out of state to have a consultation with Motykie about a breast lift and tummy tuck. I got there fifteen minutes early and waited a whole TWO HOURS PAST our original appointment time! While waiting two patients came in with issues regarding their own surgeries they just had with him! When Motykie finally came in to the room it felt very rushed and impersonal. I felt pressured to book since I already spent all this time and money and was told my deposit was completely refundable up to 2 to months

I got a revisioned septoplasty, a rhinoplasty and tubernoctomy with Dr. Motykie about two months ago and I healed in 6 days!!! The 7th day I was flying to Punta Cana and rested wonderfully. Of course there's was a little bit of bruising and blood and I needed to clean my nose often but overall the experience with him was a bliss. I can't wait to see how my nose will heal long term but so far I LOVE MY RESULTS . Worth every hard working pennies I have put into this JUST SAYINNNNNNG .

I have been following Dr. Motyakie for almost a year and half and truly believed he is the only one who can fix my previous disaster rhinoplasty, on the day of my appointment had to leave three hours before to get to his office....I waited and waited and waited while that inner voice inside of me was telling me " You need to leave, he is not the right doctor for you" fortunately I have lived long enough to know that I should never ever ignore my instinct so finally after waiting for two hours I left. If you have no respect for your time and no value for your money he is the right doctor

Dr. Motykie is the only opinion I trust. Working for surgeons myself I've come across the worst & the best ones. Let me tell you, he IS the best! It takes someone highly knowledgeable and skilled to do revision work, especially on the face! Don't be that revision candidate, do it right the first time and go to him. My nose had been broken twice, had 20% breathing, deviated septum & a huge bump and it was crooked from the breaks. Now my nose looks like my natural, original nose. I can finally breathe! I have no more migraines and the aesthetic beauty is so perfect even other doctors

Run away while you can. Unethical and deceitful. He doctors his pictures and he continues to use pictures from 10+ years ago to lure new unsuspecting patients. Take careful notice that he will rarely post 360 degree (left, front, right, bottom, left 3/4, right 3/4) of his results as most good reputable surgeons do. Usually only posts the most flattering angle. Also, please be aware that he is so aggressive with his surgeries you will be swollen for longer than a year (by then you cannot get a refund). If you complain before then he will give you the run around and inject you with harmful and useless

Dr. motykie is an absolute fraud. He tries to come off all cool & aloof, but I got a weird vibe from him right off the bat. It seems he should at least try to make an effort to appear more interested & caring, especially since I'd traveled from the east coast & waited 1.5 hours past my appointment time to see him for a brief consult. But unfortunately I ignored my instinct. Big mistake on my part. I proceeded to let him perform a revision rhinoplasty because he assured me he could fix the problems. He did not. Dr. Motykie is amazing. I had a rhinoplasty revision done with him few months ago and I have to say he did such an amazing job straightening my nose and making it softer and smaller. Prior to going into surgery I was very skeptical bc I understood results aren’t guaranteed but Dr. Motykie delivered exactly what I asked for and he’s very down to earth and friendly and i feel that’s a rare quality in most surgeons. I was super nervous prior to surgery but once I saw him I calmed down more as he is not only nice but seemed very confident in delivering the results. He really cares about paying

I came to Dr. Motykie for surgery in June of 2020 - right when things started to "open" back up.
My experience at the office was nothing short of positive. Diana, Ethan, Shegell and, of course, Dr. Motykie, helped me feel comfortable and even excited about going into the operating room.
I've waited almost a year to write this review because I wanted to make sure my results were indicative of a 5 star rating. They are! My nose looks beautiful and all of my friends and family think it's subtle yet striking.

We are currently considering Dr.Motykie to do elective surgery. He seems like a true artist and delivers really beautiful results based on our research of his before and after pictures. Sandi the head consultant is very sweet and accommodating. She has great communication and answers all questions really nicely and seems sweet. Getting a really good vibe from this place. Let me start by saying how difficult of a nose I had and how traumatized I've been in the past from my first rhinoplasty experience with a previous Dr. I have been turned away by two other Dr.'s and to be completely honest I had given up on ever fixing my biggest insecurity. I never in my life could even imagine being happy with my nose until I met Dr. Motykie.
I'm only 1.5 mo out of surgery and I still have a long way to go with my healing but I am so thankful I chose him as my surgeon. He assured me he would be there for me until the end of my healing and I can't tell you

Absolutely best surgeon there is!! This is the second time I've had surgery with Dr. Motykie. First time I had a breast revision implant surgery from a botched surgery in Mexicali, Mexico. Doctor Motykie corrected my implants and they came out perfect!! I loved my implants immediately out of surgery. I had capsular contracture with my implants from Mexico. It's been 3 years now and zero capsules.
The second surgery I had a rhinoplasty/septoplasty in August 2020, I am now 6 months post op and I love my new nose so much! I can breathe much better. Dr. Motykie made my bridge smaller from

January 23, 2020 I got a primary rhinoplasty with dr. Gary Motykie and I must say he exceeded my expectations. I am very pleased with my results! I was skeptical at first as to who I should go to because as we all know, the face is a very delicate area to touch if not touched by the right hands. He gave me such a natural look which was exactly the look I was aiming for. The staff was very nice & professional from the very first day. I have spoken to more than 6 other women who have had poor or totally botched procedures with Dr. Motykie, along with a horrible after care experience. This is a warning for a doctor who has harmed so many young women including myself.
The red flags are there. Please pay attention. I have consistently waited up to 3 hours to see the doctor, whether it's a consultation, procedure

I went it to get a consult they told me they will take photos and dr came in for 5 minutes and said we do whatever you want nothing very specific as if he wasn't in the mood.he said that i will receive morphed photos to have an idea about the procedure.days later i received 2 side photos and nothing from front!which is the most important thing for your decision making process and i asked for more and they said that's all they provide and they charged me 250 usd for this!Not a thorough or informative consult at all and not worth the price at all

I have turned to Dr. Motykie and his incredible staff (Sandi) for over a decade. I recently had my third surgery and cannot say enough good things about Dr. Motykie and his skill. He listens to what you want and his goal is perfection.....yet he is realistic with you about what he can achieve. He wants you to look fresh but not “un-natural” which I greatly appreciate. He truly is a gifted surgeon not Hollywood hype. I have a medical condition which requires some special handling -especially from the anesthesiologist. He and the Anesthesiologist listened and were very careful with my concerns

I traveled to LA from St. Louis to see Dr. Motykie and I AM SO GLAD I DID! He is a professional, compassionate and extremely talented cosmetic surgeon. He truly strives to make his clients happy and in my case, I’m elated with the results. If you are looking for the best, he is your surgeon. A true artist! And his staff is top notch all the way.
