The story of Quality Exteriors began in 1982 when Michael (Mike) Makdad established the company by seizing opportunities and applying hard work to achieve his goals. With a high school education and no valid driver's license that any viable business would need to succeed, Mike sought out his most trusted friends to set up shop at the age of 24.
He had 7 years of experience in the roofing trade when his team started a journey to build a new business. Mike's integrity, honesty, and exceptional workmanship was recognized by several larger local contractors. Developers Ernie Davidson of Kent Construction, Loyola Federal "The Meadows", and Simpler Lumber Company gave this small company a chance to expand.
