Shame. I called to have a spot repaired, confirmed the age of the roof, explained it was a small leak around a gutter or small spot where a tree limb used to lay, and was confirmed an appointment. Shows up, says the whole roof is done wrong, he doesn't work on a roof older than 10 years. Waste of time. I really wish all this was confirmed over the phone when I called and gave all of the information to the receptionist without wasting both of our time.

Bright Side constructed a 10x7 deck to replace my back wooden steps.
These people are wonderful.
Jason and Brian educated us on materials and design so we were able to make the best decisions for the deck. Pricing was totally transparent and reasonable.
The construction crew — Don, Jimmy and Jay did top notch work. Worked well together and were very efficient. Even my neighbors were impressed with their professionalism.
Can’t over state how happy we are with the deck and the interaction with this company.

Brian and Matt guided a high quality and conscientious roofing team in repairing & roofing our large multi faceted 2 story hip roof. By far, our new roof is better than the original 1998 roof. Highly recommend Brian & Matt and their hard working team.
BTW: I have had 3 of the neighbors approach me about our new roof within 12 hours of completion.
