They are only concerned with making money & not actually taking care of their customers. They lied about the way they report their credit account to the bureaus. I started a credit account with them, have never been late or missed a payment in almost 2 years, however my Ybarra account is now negative on my report with months missing that have also not been reported. I gave the owner to opportunity to fix this & they said they would and never did. They are just not customer focused. I will be reporting to the BBB for false advertisement.

We went in there to get our ring resized we have 2 14 karat gold rings We pay a little bit more than $100 and he said it will take them a couple of days and then he will call us and they were ready he finally called us he didn’t put our size numbers back on our rings which is 14 karat they were scratch I went and had them tested at another jeweler and they told me that my rings are now 10 karat so he stole my 14 karat gold and switch them out for 10 karat I’ve been trying to get a hold of them no answer they are thieves I do NOT recommend them

Sam is the best jeweler in Northern CA. I live in the CA Bay Area and drive to Ybarra's for all our jewelry needs and wants. I have been going to Sam since 1994 when I was a college student with no money; he treated me like his best customer even when I had to buy things on a payment plan. Today, Sam creates unique pieces for me. He custom made my 7+ carat wedding ring (pictured) he even made me a 21 carat amethyst ring that gets gasps and compliments everytime I wear it! Trust the quality and workmanship at Ybarra's!

Geri and I have been blessed to know Sam and Elia for many years, they have treated us like family, always professional, kind, polite and with a great deal of love.
