Our family lived here for 1.5 years and left when we bought a house. The rooms were surprisingly large and able to accommodate our family of 4 and our dog while leaving the den as a designated office/guest space. We enjoyed getting to know most of our neighbors. The maintenance team was awesome and really quick to take care of everything. The property manager was great and helpful whenever we had questions or concerns. She was especially helpful and advocated for us when we needed a few extra days to move out due to our closing date being pushed back.

I had it really good here. Annie got me in fast when I was trying to get out of a bad home. I had good neighbors and had a pretty cool house. It was perfect for me and my son. Maintenance was pretty good about taking care of problems. I'd definitely recommend it if you're willing to take care of the place. Annie won't put up with your stuff if you're going to be a bad tenant.

My boyfriend and I have been renting from English Village for almost a year and a half now. This was my first apartment. Annie, the office manager has been good to us. She seems very knowledgeable and knows what she is doing. The prices are reasonable for what the apartment offers you. The basement/Den was definitely a plus for us. The only reason I would give a 4 star is because you can't pick your neighbors! lol sometimes they're good, sometimes they're not, but as long as you keep to yourself and do not bother anyone, you will be good to go! If I was writing a review solely on the apartments themselves, I’d give it a 4 star rating. They’re a little run down in some areas (floors are pretty scuffed up, way too many different paint jobs, doors/windows are very worn) but overall they’re good. The 2 bedroom is huge for the price, and the setup is great. The bedrooms lean on the smaller side but the size of the living room and the basement make up for that. They’re good units. They’re in a decent area; there’s a Dunkin’ Donuts and a 24 hour animal hospital both right near the entrance, and they’re only 5 minutes from Moreau

I’ve lived at English Village Apartments for about 3 years now and I would highly recommend living here. The location is very ideal being right off the highway and the prices are VERY reasonable. Our office manager, Annie, has been very resourceful and helpful throughout the years. This is the first apartment I have ever rented and she’s a big part of the reason of why it feels like home.

Annie has always been extremely helpful with anything we need. She goes above and beyond in her position to make sure that everything runs smoothly here. English village is a great place to live. The rent was affordable, apartments very clean and the grounds are well kept. My girlfriend and I recently moved out after our one year lease only because of Cole groups one dog policy and we wanted another dog. The manager Anne is very helpful and pleasant to deal with. The maintanence crew is very prompt, if there is a problem with something in the apartment or on the grounds they do a great job. English Village hands down 5 stars, I would live there again.

My husband, 2 young kids, and I moved from out of state into English Village. (While waiting on the location and purchase of a home). Our experience for the entire lease (a year) was fantastic. Whenever we had questions, Annie was available and helpful. She always had candy or snacks for the kids in the complex after they got off the bus! And she was always sweet to our little ones. They loved her! The maintenance staff was always quick to respond when we had a furnace issue and a tub leak. Effecient and quick to respond. Thankful they were able to help our transition from southern living to upstate

I have lived at English Village about 5 years. I enjoy living where I can share my home with a dog. I want others to know how well the grounds are kept and how beautiful and welcoming the flowers are around the office. In the summer I enjoy socializing with friends and meeting new tenants around the pool. Being able to have my own barbecue grill is a big plus. The buildings are spread out so the townhomes have their own front and backyard spaces and quiet areas for relaxing. There are children around that keep the community alive and interesting. The staff are professional but very friendly and
