Services
Women's health is a specialty of physical therapy that is often geared towards addressing the dysfunction of the pelvic floor. Pelvic floor dysfunction is the inability to control the muscles of your pelvic floor.

You may benefit from women's health physical therapy if you have diagnoses such as prolapse, urinary incontinence, dyspareunia, vaginismus, vestibulitis, vulvodynia, coccyx pain, piriformis syndrome, sciatica, pelvic pain/dysfunction, constipation, fecal incontinence, and lower abdominal pain. The pelvic floor includes all the muscles, ligaments, nerves, and connective tissue that stretch across the pelvis.
Meagan Moyers is the owner and physical therapist of Resilience Physical Therapy. Prior to starting her private practice in women's health, she has 10 years of experience in physical therapy. Most of her experience has been in outpatient orthopedics, during which time she pursued post-doctorate clinical education in Maitland Orthopedic Manual therapy, as well as clinical certifications including dry needling and ASTYM.
At Resilience Physical Therapy, we believe that each person has a story and there is incredible value in listening. We believe in creating an environment that is safe and welcoming. Pelvic Health can be a sensitive topic, so all conversations will take place in a private treatment room that is safe and comfortable.
My passion for pelvic pain physical therapy was re-ignited after the birth of my second daughter. The experiences of pregnancy, delivery, and post-partum recovery with both of my daughters were similar in some ways and different in others. But this word Resilience, and all that this word means, carried with me as I thought about my journey through infertility, miscarriage, pregnancy, birth, and post-partum recovery and return to fitness.

This is the BEST place for a woman to go to PT. Hands down! The staff here are more caring and friendly than anywhere else I’ve been. You get individual, one-on-one attention (and sometimes even two-on-one!) They provide service that is worlds away from any other PT place you could go to. The craziest thing is that they charge the same price as Benchmark PT does, but their service is more than 10 times the quality!

Meagan is a great advocate for women’s health. I highly recommend all of my clients seek a pelvic floor physical therapist before pregnancy to get a baseline, early in pregnancy and postpartum to help them stay balanced and recover. I love that more women are having this conversation early on and can find, kind and compassionate care providers like Meagan. She makes the visit less awkward and is able to put you at ease.

I am so thankful for Meagan! I have a long history of surgeries, injuries, scar tissue and severe diastasis recti. I had been to two other physical therapist, done several postpartum exercise groups and even bought three different at home programs to try and heal my abdomen. It was literally affecting me every moment. It was causing me constant back pain, I was having pain standing, sitting and laying down. I was waking up nightly from the pain and had trouble every day lifting heavy objects like my 2 year old twins. I really thought my only two options were a complicated surgery that is not covered
