Services
Southern Rehab Physical Therapy (SRPT) began as Southern Rehab & Aquatics Physical Therapy in 2005 with four employees in a 2,500 square foot facility in Kimball, TN. We have now expanded to 15 employees in a 3,750 square foot facility, including five full-time physical therapists and four physical therapy assistants.
There are several services and treatments provided by Southern Rehab Physical Therapy. Our therapists will perform a one-on-one evaluation and discuss your therapy goals then select the best treatment options for you. Our certified therapist, Rachel Carter, PT, DPT, OCS, performs dry needling to treat new and chronic musculoskeletal conditions.
Amy has been with SRPT since 2010 and is our Business Manager. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree and a Master of Accountancy from the University of TN at Chattanooga. In her free time, she enjoys reading, shopping, fishing, and spending time with friends and family. Kindal graduated from North Jackson High school in 2017 and continued her education at the University of South Alabama.
Your visit is important to us, and we want it to be as seamless of an experience as possible! Below we have provided patient resource PDFs available to download including Dry Needling information and Fact Sheets about LSVT BIG for Parkinson's Disease and Lymphedema Therapy. This is an effort to decrease patient wait times and reduce the number of patients in the lobby to effectively socially distance.

The staff is knowledgeable. They take time to find out your goals as well as express their concerns. They care about the individual and are friendly. They try to make your experience not only medically correct but tailored to each individual. I would highly recommend Southern Rehab Physical Therapy.
