I have been a patient for many years. PTC has been a game changer for my overall health, especially for my chronic headaches. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and the girls at the front desk are very helpful and friendly. You will not find a better place to help you get you back to work and play. After nearly 9 months of exposure, I can confidently say I will be a forever user (hopefully not really) of Physical Therapy Central. The bedside manor/customer service is the best of the best. The team is on point whether it's dealing with insurance, communicating with physicians, or just scheduling or changing appointments. They use a terrific text message reminder system that helped me a lot.
I've been treated by at least 5 different therapists at the Newcastle location. Given my injury, I was tentative

Where do I begin?! I gave this place 5 starts, because 10 stars wasn't an option! Aside from receiving amazing therapy from this facility, I have also received the greatest amount of joy and encouragement through this experience. Physical Therapy is hard work, and the farthest thing from being fun, but somehow Physical Therapy Central has created an environment that is bursting at the seams with love and compassion. I never feel like just another patient. I feel like we are one big gimpy family all working together to be the best versions of ourselves that we can be! For that, I will never be able
