Maybe people here are scared to mention the ((( RAT ))) issues that this apartment complex deals with! I’ve been here for over 3+ years and not only have myself dealt with this issue here, but so has two of my close friends that live in this apartment complex and the list goes on! If there’s anything that needs to be FIXED is the PEST CONTROL HERE!!! It’s ridiculous how easy they get in…. Poor foundation here!! I should also add on a imagine once I find it in my photos.

Honestly one of the better complexes in the area. We hunted for ages to find a good place to live. These apartments are spacious - essentially a 2 bedroom in size but the additional space isn’t closed off. It’s a quiet community. I like having the porch. There are some cool trails in the woods behind the complex - very fun to explore when it’s nice out. The bugs are unfortunately annoying in the heat of summer. And they increased the rent for no reason on the second lease. I wish the windows faced more than one direction.

The apartments themselves are actually nice for the price. The only issue I really had while living was how unprofessional the women who work in the front office are. On numerous occasions while living there I have left countless messages that were never returned. When you do actually get to speak to someone they are nasty and rude. Upon moving out they were illegally withholding my deposit past the 30 days allowed. They lied to me about when it was mailed, ignored my phone calls and my messages, and just continuously passed the blame to one another. I am thrilled to no longer have to deal with

My lease is up at the end of this month and went there today to get some of my stuff and they went behind my back and threw my stuff out without any communication or anything they broke the lease by doing that and they owe me my security deposit and this month's rent or when ever they decided to clean it out pos they were supposed to wait until April to clean it out after I get my stuff im going to go after them for breaking the lease and for throwing my stuff out and taking the rent for the month I hope they rot

Idk how these people can complain so hard about these apartments. They’re beautiful inside, rent is the least expensive in the area, yeah minor problems but when you go to another apartment for any less money, I PROMISE you will find much worse. Jennifer & Tara were wonderful getting us in the apartments & anything else we needed. Kids all play outside & it’s quiet at night. I love this place and have recommended it to many.
