Completely annoyed how they want to add an $500 towards your if your late but expect us to take ice cold showers now. I can’t even give my children “3 yr old and a 1 yr old” a bath let alone take a shower without the water being ice cold!!!!

Office manager towed my car for parking in the office parking spot. Had to pay $150 to get it taken out. And then goes on to say the tenants are like “5 year olds”… Avoid these apartments and the office at all costs. All of the walls are covered with layers of paint.

During the pandemic they have closed down the laundry facilities. I believe this is only to protect themselves as it forces the rest of us to now go next door to the laundromat. This means the laundromat will have more people in it than it normally would have which can only make the virus travel faster. I have emailed the company multiple times and nothing has been done about it. They just said that my email has been forwarded to somebody else...great. Best way to battle this virus is to keep things clean and stay away from people. They have taken both of that away from us.

Out of all the potential places we were looking to move into, Corey has been the most responsive and helpful with the millions of questions I had. Our lease process was made simple and Corey was amazing to work with.
We're happy with the 2 bedroom apartment we just moved into, the actual apartment feels bigger than what the floor plan shows. Apartment is in good condition, clean, lots of closet space. Thanks for all the help Corey!

DO NOT MOVE HERE! Place is horrible and expensive. And when you try and leave they will stop at nothing to keep your security deposit.

From the very begining my experience has been nothing short of excellent. I met Corey 4 years ago when I was in search of an apartment. She was so pleasant to work with and made the process so easy. I had to move in right away and my move in date was December 23rd right around the holiday, but that didn't matter Corey was here and made it work. Most places would be closed or away around that time. I lived in a downstairs 1 bed 1 bath unit that had carpet flooring. I loved the size of the bedroom it's huge and the closet doors are mirrors which I loved even more. There is plenty of space throughout
