Services
Bright Start Academy is an affordable, early childcare center located in Clifton, NJ that is dedicated to providing multiple developmental and age-appropriate opportunities for children to grow and develop their language, physical, cognitive, emotional, and social skills. We offer a safe, challenging, environment for our students but also one that still has a home-like feeling of love and support.
Classrooms with low student teacher ratio, Smart Board Technology, Before and After Care, exciting filed trips, daily reports that include pictures and videos via the Tadpoles System and a lifetime of memories and friendships. The Kindergarten class follows the Clifton Public School curriculum, but we also provide personalized support to each child so they have a successful year and are more than prepared to enter first grade.
Come join us for our Amped 2019 Summer Camp! This year we are offering 2 Fun Filled Exciting Sessions that include special guest visitors, karate class, 2 amazing field trips, and Camp Spirit Week! Each week brings a new theme, creative art projects, cooking class, S.T.E.M. activities, sprinklers twice a week, Friday Ice Cream Socials, and so much more!
My daughter attended the school for 3 years, I hardly had any issues and when I did they were resolved in a timely manner. Very kind and professional staff, always caring and are there for you when you need them. They're always on point and the teachers curriculum are great, always one step ahead. Now that she's in first grade and, she's more advanced than the other kids in her class.
The High-Scope Curriculum integrates social-emotional learning content with other academic areas and gives children daily opportunities to practice skills such as emotional self-regulation and problem-solving. Teachers further support social development by helping children learn how to resolve interpersonal conflicts.

Fabulous school. My daughter had a great time with them. The place is clean, safe and comfortable. The teachers are wonderful and very cooperative. The management is distinguished and organized. As a mother, I am very happy when I see pictures of my daughter practicing different activities and developing her skills.

Our 4 year old had the opportunity to attend when covid 19 restrictions softened in January. We can't believe the improvements we saw in 8 months. Very attentive and diligent staff. Special thanks to Ms. Elif for her detail oriented approach; also Ms Brittany for individual attention to each kid. Ms Asli was also very professional in her administrative approach. Our kid was asking if he can visit his school in the future to meet with his teachers. Kuddos to all that I did not mention their names also. Hope you persist with your quality and serve many kids.

My daughter and nieces LOVE this school – from the teachers to the students to the school activities! Her teachers are a great encouragement and the academic program is great. The teachers are so great about sharing moments of pride they see within your child. Everyday my daughter's learning something new and she comes home excited to talk about her day.

Amazing teachers and staff! Ms. Sheyla and Ms. Mary are always communicating and teaching our son new things. Our son has a blast and has learned so much in less than half a year here. Rooms are always clean and organized with their art work. Highly recommended!

From the start Bright Start has been incredible. From registration, to keeping parents notified of upcoming events and the lovely photos at the end of the day from Tadpoles, Bright Start is awesome at what they do. I am thankful I found such great childcare when I did. Thanks everyone here for giving my daughter a well rounded and memorable experience.

I love this preschool. My daughter went to kindergarten and my son went to 1st grade there. There teachers are amazing educators. My children are more advanced in what they learned compared to other family members that went to other public schools. Thank you for everything you have done for my children.
