This company and owner is very unprofessional. Hi-Tech, ECM is definitely a scam. We drove over 3 hours away to purchase an ECM. Hi-Tech had told us on the phone that they had one and it worked. Something did not seem right already when Hi-Tech would not take a card or check, they had preferred cash when we bought it. Once we made it back to the shop and tried to use it unfortunately it did not work. We contacted Hi-Tech, ECM and told them we would bring it back to get it retested but they did not want us to. Hi-Tech sold us an ECM that had over 40 components missing which was verified by CV Electronics

This company is fuc……..scam. Don’t waist your time and your money. Throw your part in the garbage and don’t try to go there. I sent my CPC for a rush repair which takes 1-2 days .On Friday after 12 days, I called them to check on my part they told my that they will start working on it on Monday. On Monday morning at 8:30 am I called them to let them know that I no longer needed because I sold my truck and I need the part. They wouldn’t give me my part back unless I pay them $320 and cash only. This company is a fuc…. scam . They told that they already started working on it which was

This company is a total scam. Sent my CPC back two times and still does not work. I should have researched them first because it looks like many others are going through what I am. The freightliner dealer even sent a video showing my CPC not communicating and they still won’t do anything about it. They want a print out which you can’t do because the CPC doesn’t read. I have video of a donor CPC working perfect in the truck. Do not use this company. They only do ACH transfer no credit card because they know you can’t get your money back.

You know I was skeptical about the ecm and the price $600 was a little cheaper then others and look to be in good shape know all i wanted was to hear the fuel pump primer for 20 sec to verify it was switching ground I believe we have a winner greatly appreciate and hope to do business with you in the future thank you have a blessed day and happy new year

What's the point in repairing an electronic part if it cannot be installed back into the truck?
They repaired the CPC module two times, and now the mechanics tell me that the repaired CPC module cannot be accessed or programmed and is useless.
HI-TECH cannot offer any solutions other than to say they provided a diagnostic report. What good is any of this if the repaired part cannot be reinstalled into the truck?
Don't waste your time, they will take your money through Venmo or by wire (red flag) and will return your electronic part expensively useless.

It looks like I have the same problem everybody else does with this company for number one they have no customer service whatsoever They tell you it's a 7 to 10 day turnaround more like a month and a 1/2 When I finally got it back in the truck it did not fix the problem or the truck did not run either put a put a different ECM in the truck no… problems whatsoever with the truck 1st thing when you call them to get it returned so they can fix it correctly they tell you you probably have a short in your truck Refuses to pay for it's to pay for return service so you could return the thing on

Worst Repair service company I have experienced in my lifetime. Had I read the reviews I would not have taken my TCM there for repair. This ordeal or nightmare experience started in April 2021 and finally after many trips to the shop, with so many lies of rescheduling repairs, twice picked up to take to my Don Davis dealership to flash to work. The dealership felt the TCM was unrepairable due to their faulty tech work. I paid $528.27 when picked up the 1st time, After 4 months July 30th 2021 of going back and forward to have repaired. The owner did not want to give me back my TCM due to credit

Stay away..repeat STAY AWAY...Took ECM for mx-13 paccar 13days they had it. Cost it back at over $1000. plug i it back into the truck, HAD THE SAME PROBLEM...Call them back, told me it need to be flash??? Wait its the same problem I brought it in for what does flash have to do with it..code 1504 before and code 1504 after they fix..... Working with my cc company get my money back...again Stay away

One of my Trucks has been flooded and the Truck Computer Brain Box or ECM got water damage. Sent it to another repair place and told me the ECM was not repairable. Sent it to this place and got a fix and working almost for 9 months. So far sent 3 ECMs to this place and all get fixed. Thanks for helping me to save Big money. I highly recommend hi-tech electro ECM repair place.

Friend of mine is currently getting the run around and has been without his truck for over 6 weeks. Upon checking out your company you seem to spend your time answering to BBB complaints than you do taking care of your customers. I will absolutely never use this company for anything.
