The idea that would eventually become ECR started when one of the founders and owners, Cory Christian, started a computer club at a local technical college to help fellow students deal with their computer troubles. Outside of the club the school did not provide any means to retrieve lost data or repair damaged laptops.
Under Cory's guidance and technical know-how, the club began to grow and several of the members added their skills, creating specializations within the club. Towards the end of his time at the college, Cory would bring up the idea of taking the club to outside the school and make a business of it. A few of the other members agreed, including fellow founder and owner Allison Garner.

Bought a gaming PC from Cyberpower about a year ago and started having a problem after a windows update. After being on hold for about 2 hours with the company, Cyberpower told me to send it in. But I had a really bad feeling about it because of their 100+ 1 star bad reviews.
Instead, I looked around for a repair place and found this place. Cory was a god send. He saved me from having to go without a computer for at least a month. I am a broadcaster and not streaming for a month can end up hurting the hard work I put into it. He was professional, fast, informative, very reasonable with pricing

Cory was amazing! I bought my Gaming PC two years ago and got my first error on boot up since the purchase. It made me nervous when I saw the error. I brought it to Cory and he took care of everything for me. He also cleaned it very thoroughly. The best part of the experience is he let me sit in with him while he looked at the PC and cleaned it. That meant a lot to me. Thanks for everything Cory. I’ll be back for future computer needs if they ever come up.

Not going to lie, at first I thought it was going to be sketchy because of all good reviews and cheap prices, but no. Once I got there it was all legit and the reviews make alot of sense after going there myself!!!

Cory is super good with the service he provided us last Saturday. My desktop PC was hit hard with power fluctuations on Saturday night 02/13/2021 and PC was on. After that when the power came back 3 days later the PC was not responding to a boot up from cold, and not giving me the usual Windows 10 desktop screen. I found Cory on line and he provided us with the best service for a nominal fee, restored the PC, on same day turnaround. I am very glad to have work done by Cory!

One of the better tech repair shops around when it comes to prices and fairness, quite simply if they cannot fix your item as in my case they will give you advice on how to go about the next step.
Whether that be a potential part I need to purchase to install or even have them install for me. (Which is the route I took)
Once the part had come in I returned to the the shop to have the bad part replaced (In this case the power supply).
