Life isn't perfect and neither are we. Due to everyone's different activities and natural oil from the nails, we will guarantee our work for 2 days. If you damaged or chip your nails, bring in your dated receipt and we will gladly fix the problem for you. It's just another way of thanking you for your business.

This is my favorite nail spot! The pedicures are so awesome and love their massages. The ladies are so good and do a great job. There's a free parking lot in front but also street parking nearby. They are super clean and very nice. Definitely recommend. Prices are good too! Kristina always messaged me back quickly on Yelp when I inquire about an appointment. Extremely professional!

I am always so pleased with the attention to detail the technicians give at Creative Nails. I've been to so many other nail salons in the Honolulu area, and Creative Nails is always been my go-to. I was almost reluctant to make a review for them (since they always have availability when other salons don't!); however, today I felt the need to share how excellent their services have been. I live in Waikiki and when I had a horrible experience at my regular nail salon, I needed to find a new place within walking distance…long story short, I have a NEW regular salon! I went to Creative Nails for a gel manicure and a pedicure. The first thing I appreciated was that their website had a services price list, so there were no surprises at checkout. And compared to other Waikiki salon prices, these were so reasonable. I also appreciated how their regular pedicure included so many services that most salons up-charge for. I got a regular gel manicure at Creative Nails with a design and I absolutely LOVE it! The nail technician, Jessica, did an excellent job and was so precise and accurate in her nail art work. I feel like it is hard to come by a nail technician who is a perfectionist and needs to get every detail right, but she was just that! I am very thankful to have found her, and this nail salon! I will 100% be coming back.

First nail place I've gone to in hawaii. I can tell the nail techs take pride in their work. During my appointment yesterday the nail tech asked me several times if everything looked fine on my nails, if the shape was good, if I was satisfied. Even the nail tech who did my nail design looked so focused while doing the design and asked if I was satisfied. First time going here and not my last! They are perfectionists and I love that!❤️

I was visiting Oahu, and spur of the moment wanted a pedicure. I called and they fit me in! What I love about this place? Pretty much everything! I am a nail tech and hair dresser myself and a little picky when it comes to nails, as that is my forté. My pedicure was fantastic!! Very affordable, almost too inexpensive. Included was a paraffin wax treatment, and that is lovely. The woman was wonderful, she had a nice touch and my toe polish came out beautiful and clean! I ended up doing a gel polish manicure, and a different woman did that for me. She was meticulous with my gel polish and I LOVE

My new go-to nail salon.
They have a wide range of colors, great services and affordable pricing. Each time I've gone they've always been consistently busy. I always see Mai as she's detail oriented and always goes above and beyond to ensure I'm comfortable throughout my whole appointment. I always get a regular pedi and gel mani and my results last about a month! You won't be disappointed with this salon.
