Rita is very involved with the day-to-day operations and making sure clients receive top care. Lauren has been with Stay at Home Care LLC for over 4 years and is our office manager and handles HR.
She is also a nutritionist who specializes in helping people make healthy diet choices. Denise is our part-time office assistant who helps with a variety of things to help you receive the care and attentioin you expect.

Very satisfied with services from staff and caregivers. If I have a question it’s answered. Always a call back if needed and I was impressed to see all the caregivers with masks and gloves at every visit and a call from office through this pandemic to ask if we were ok and if we needed anything . Now that’s a good company, very satisfied. Thank you stay at home care.

Great experience and fast service.. we called for same day service to have someone come right away for my dad who was being released from rehab that day and Stay at home care got it done and all the paperwork was made easy and stress free. Lauren was who we dealt with and she came right out to our home and got it all done smoothly! Thank you all for your professionalism and caring service. And out caregiver is wonderful so far. We would highly recommend this homecare agency!

I can’t say enough about this company! My family had a uphill battle dealing when my mom started to lose her memory and then couldn’t do her daily activities .. we made a call to Stay At Hone Care from that day forward it was a blessing.. from the office staff to the caregivers it was a wonderful experience .. Mom is doing more and has a great companion. The owner came out herself to meet us and it was a pleasure.. I would definelrtt recommend this company to anyone.

PLEASE, DO NOT use this agency! We asked for a mature person who could do weekend overnights for my mother with dementia, who is up and down often during the night. They took our money and promised us the moon. The only help they had to offer were girls in their 20's, who were nice enough, but were not prepped at all about the situation and couldn't deal. When we asked for our deposit back they lied through their teeth and told us we weren't honest about our mother's sleeping habits. They are crooks and do not adequately prepare their staff...the girls told us so. BEWARE!!!!!

Currently employed with this company and love every bit of it , i absolutely enjoy my time with my paitent as well as the company of his family . i have zero issues with the office staff , they accommodate me as much as they can and are very informative on the case they give their aides. I don't know how this company is still in business either. I didn't want to put up even one star, but it won't let you post without giving a star. I can see why employees have been putting up bad reviews. My family used this company and received aides that were disrespectful, aggressive, didn't show up or left without proper coverage, stole from the home, and worse one even smelled of alcohol. On top of that, one time an aide called to notify the owner she had to leave and couldn't wait for coverage, all the while on speaker phone. The response from the owner was for the aid to tell the family
