I began my career at Sunnyview Hospital and Rehabilitation Center building expertise in neurological rehabilitation for stroke, Parkinson's disease, Multiple Sclerosis, and Gillian-Barre Syndrome. Through hands-on experience and continued education, I became a regional leader and specialist in amputee rehabilitation and post-operative and prosthetic training, from standing to sprinting.
I advanced to the role of Inpatient Neurovascular Physical Therapy Team Leader and Inpatient Neurovascular Program Coordinator, and continued my education utilizing the latest technological advances in therapy, including orthotics, microprocessor-controlled prosthetic knees, ultra-lightweight wheelchairs, wheelchair seating systems, and the Bioness system.

Noto Physical Therapy has been invaluable in my Father's treatment. Working with Tony on such issues as Parkinson's, balance, difficulty walking, endurance, etc., enabled my Father to find a quality of life, that at age 89, he and we, did not think possible. Tony even had my Father hit a golf ball for the first time in years.

Dad had a serious stroke leaving him left side paralyzed. He also was left with significant vision loss and hemineglect. He left inpatient rehab without hope of ever walking. With Tony’s help, Dad is now using a cane and walking down the driveway! Tony is compassionate, professional and extremely knowledgeable. Dad was reluctant to work with anyone, but Tony earned his trust and worked with him to set goals and do therapy that Dad actually now looks forward to. Tony works with the whole person- he gets to know what motivates his clients, provides the emotional support stroke patients often need

Tony was great! My parents moved to the Albany area in the Fall of 2019. My mom was in need of in-home physical therapy due to long-term MS. Tony was very easy to contact and work with. Tony was attentive to my mom's needs and he was compassionate in working with her. I would definitely recommend Tony's overall professionalism, work demeanor and attention to details.

I engaged Noto Physical Therapy in March 2020 to help me heal a partially torn right achilles tendon. Due to the Covid 19 Pandemic, it was difficult finding any PT offices that were open, yet alone someone willing to travel to my home to help. From the very beginning evaluation, he went above and beyond to make sure my path to recovery was the best it could be. I appreciate that he was willing to follow CDC guidelines during all our sessions. He continually applied appropriate and tailored treatments for my injury. Tony also came up with an exercise plan for me and took the time at each appointment

Tony is a great physical therapist who looks outside the box to come up with new ideas. He addresses whatever problem you have. He has a great knowledge on all kinds of disabilities. As a seasoned OT of 35 years, I have worked closely with PT’s, so you might say that my standards might be higher than most. Tony has proven to be an excellent PT and has exceeded my expectations. Tony handled my mother’s therapy with compassion, insightfulness and safety. As she is elderly, he was able to come to her home to evaluate her strength, balance and mobility. In a short amount of time he found mobility barriers, developed a plan and recommended manageable improvements to her home to suit her daily activities.
