I will start by saying the driver was nice and pleasant and apologetic that he was late. .... We had a party of seven that needed picked up at 8:15am to head to the airport. We scheduled it a day in advance. The van ride was 20-25 min late and absolutely filthy on the inside. Let me say again, it was filthy. The side door to the van did not open so we all had to climb through the passenger front door. The entire experience was sad to be honest. I never write a bad review because sometimes things just happen but I felt the need in this case. I will put this all on the owner.

Just had the rudest cabbie I have ever encountered...and at the end of the ride, insulted me because I told him I usually Uber. Cabbies like him...are why we are using Uber. I will never use this cab company again. In a struggling economy...maybe they should be fighting to keep customers, not upsetting them and making them cry.

I have rode with them several times (they are free thru my company). Every single time they were late, dirty cars, rude and unprofessional drivers. Several times the drivers made me uncomfortable by telling inappropriate jokes, asking personal questions, etc. Even though they are free through my company, I would rather pay for a better service!

I used this cab company 3 times on 2/5, there were 3 different drivers with of course 3 different vehicles,, all drivers were punctual neat & clean, vehicles were vintage but clean. Hard working folks making an honest living. One might wonder why 3 in one day, I don't drive, trips were to Home, Hospital Home. By the way this is still the "Redneck Rivera" it ain't Rodeo Dr.

Called the night before to reserve a cab. One young lady (me) and we told them "10 bags". Coming from Daytona bike week , I was taking all the luggage to the pick up location for the bikes.
1030 shows up and they come with a 1) sedan and 2) double dipped. They had planned to put myself with a random person with a degenerate cab driver. Why bother calling ahead and reserving a cab? They were also late to boot. I'm now waiting for another cab because We couldn't fit our stuff along with this other random guys stuff (and we weren't even going to the same location!)
