I booked Baggy Rocks airport transportation (to and from) service a week before we arrived via their website. I loved how detailed the online booking process was, and that all pricing was included for every level of service. While many sites don't have pricing or online booking, Baggy Rocks was the best one-stop shopping experience for me to handle everything all at once!

I have had the best experience with this company. The rep, Jake, I spoke with over the phone were extremely helpful, courteous and thorough. My price was guaranteed at a great rate and they secured a driver for the exact dates I needed. Excellent service! I researched multiple car services in the Nassau airport and so happy we went with Baggy Rocks. Jake is very nice and efficient with booking. He answered all my questions. Matt (our driver) met us at as soon as we got to baggage claim even though our flight arrived 30min early. He was very kind. The SUV we were picked up in was super clean and had a booster seat ready for our daughter. We will definitely book this service again!!!

This is our second time going to the Bahamas and I wish we had known about Baggy Rocks the first time! It's all good because we know about them now and everything was perfect. The tour guide was very knowledgeable about the island, so it felt like my first time there all over again! Definitely appreciated their services.

This was my second time in the Bahamas... I was a little hesitant to go this time as I didn't have a good experience last time. However, this time was AMAZING! Baggy Rocks took care of my family and I from start to finish. When we arrived the driver was waiting for us with a sign. We had a lovely private city tour the next day . The ride was very nice and clean and we even had cold beers while riding in the car. The driver was very entertaining and really knew about the city. Next time I go to the Bahamas , I will only be using Baggy Rocks. As they are very reliable, professional, fun and the best

Our plane was delayed a few minutes but there was no issue with our ride.
We arrived in the Bahamas and were greeted by our driver at the door. The car was clean and the driver was professional. The driver pulled up right on time and was very courteous and even took the time to point out some interesting landmarks as we drove through town. We will be using their service again.
