We applied late at night on a Sunday and received a call the next morning that we were approved because of their in house screening process. Christy the Property Manager is so nice and professional. Chelsea made our moving in and signing the lease so painless and easy. Angie stepped up to help even though she wasn't our leasing agent. All of the office staff is so friendly and helpful. We really are glad we chose this property to move to and would recommend it to anyone.

I love everything about these apartments, the apartments are clean and have amazing extras (pool and hot tub yes please!). Kristie and Rena were so helpful and friendly I never felt like I was a bother to them with my 800 questions! I look forward to my move to Rock Springs and my renting from The Village at Silver Ridge!

Highlights: nice rooms and well maintained apartments. friendly and helpful staff lawn well maintained
Negatives: No elevator for those who live on the second and third floor for those who have breathing issues
Trashmen coming too early 630-7AM noise ordinance states noise like that should not start until 8 AM. Trashmen come and bang everything starting 6 AM.

I am here to edit my previous review. I got a call from management today and they were very helpful I understand that it’s not always their fault when things don’t get fixed right away (sometimes it’s just people not following rules and they maybe never will). So thank you to management for trying and working with me and helping me to realize they are trying to fix problems, which I appreciate. In a general sense I do recommend Silver Ridge, especially after today. Thanks again management for showing up :)

I will say my experience at Silver Ridge hasn’t been perfect, but no one is perfect right? It started off great, then I got some terrible neighbors and things fell apart a little bit, but recently management has been very helpful and I appreciate that very much. It’s not perfect, but in general I do recommend it here.

Over priced, hot tub hasn't worked in years, try to fine you for everything, including a childs radio flyer wagon on your patio. takes maintenance over a month to get you anything. I lost my deposit and charged an extra month after my lease ended because office failed to give me proper 30 day notice paperwork to sign before my 30-day notice and I knew was buying a house.

So, I posted a sign to the residents of my building letting them know that I care for their safety and I supplied rock salt so our building walk areas didn't have to be full of ice.. I also stated that i was… saddened by how much maintenance has gone downhill in the 3 yrs I've been her. Silver Ridge didn't like my note apparently and they removed it. Tonight, I was walking my dog on the sidewalks around the complex and I slip on ice and fall. My point exactly....there shouldn't be any ice on the walkways a week after the snow storm came and went. My advice to Silver Ridge is to have something

I haven't lived here for too long but this place has been fantastic. The staff has been very helpful with any of my needs, questions, or concerns. They are incredibly friendly and willing to do anything they can to make things right. I did a walk thru with the stuff the night before I moved in and found a slight plumbing issue in one of the bathrooms. The maintenance personnel took care of it before I got there first thing the next morning.

Lived here for a year until I bought a house and never had any issues at all. One night last winter I got home from work at 11pm and my heater was not working and called maintenance. They came right over to check it out and the battery in my thermostat was dead and he replaced it for me. That was the only issue I had and it ended as soon as it began. Thanks for everything!!!!

I would definitely recommend this apartment community to all of my friends and family. The staff is very friendly and attentive to my issues. The maintenance staff work very hard to keep this place top notch and the size and the price of the apartments are definitely amazing! Great job The Village at Silver Ridge for creating such an awesome community for us to live in!
