These are quiet, and nice it is perfect for my first apartment away from home. Lesa in the office is always willing to help with any issues or maintenance requests. Clay has been great for fixing things and it’s always courteous and prompt. Thank you Sweetwater Heights for making my first apartment an enjoyable experience.

I was pleasantly surprised by these apartments tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. They are well kept and the office ladies (Lesa and Deb) are so kind and willing to help you out. The maintenance guys are always quick to respond to service requests and have often gone above and beyond. Thank you Sweetwater Heights for such a great experience!

I was hesitant to look at these apartments, however when I got there I was surprised to see that they are clean, the landscaping is very well maintained, the apartments are much nicer than I thought they would be. Lesa and Deb in the office were pleasant to talk to and very helpful. I would recommend this complex to anyone looking for a good apartment

Was always treated nicely by staff...but other tenants are very bad about picking up after there dogs and not enough is done by mangement. Have found it in hallways. The list goes on with problems. I really liked it when I first moved in but it went down hill. It got so bad with No ice you had to call police to make complaints. I've lived in some pretty bad places and the goes on the list of being pretty bad. I counted five people moving out of same building the day I moved out of my building!

Probably one of the best apartments I have lived in, very well maintained property, when ever I have had a problem they were quick to get it fixed. If I could just rate the staff it would be 5 stars cause they are so out going and have a great personality, as long as you communicate with them they work with you on whatever your needing very understanding Debbie by far is my favorite
