Pete and Gloria Stavropoulos have been in the hospitality business for over 40 years and in 2006 opened Boomers' Steakhouse. After serving this community for almost 20 years at Trails Cafe they saw a need for an elegant casual dining establishment that included a full bar. And in 2010 Boomers' expanded to include an outdoor Patio for alfresco dining.

Boomers' is a family owned full service grill and bar. Opened by Pete and Gloria Stavropoulos in 2006, Boomers' has a casual, inviting atmosphere offering burgers, salads, steaks and unique specials. Having been in the restaurant business for almost 40 years, Pete has always been a stickler for quality and only serves USDA Choice Steaks.
If you're planning a wedding or other catered event, we've catered in NE Kansas since 1987. Some of those we've catered for include Kansas State University, Jim Brickman, Cumulus Broadcasting, Eddie Money and, most importantly, our brides. We love to cater and we especially love weddings. Too dark too noisy snotty and unresponsive staff. Not to mention overpriced. After waiting for almost 15 minutes to place an order walked out never again. Have ate there before mediocre is not quite the word to upscale for a small town to sum it up pretty much in a few words either got it or you don't

The food is mediocre it's not the best and the waitresses are quite friendly and they do remember your name every time you come in I'm used to high class living so I could be a little bit on the harsh side September 3rd on a Friday I went there for dinner after dinner I ordered a Gen martini with a lemon twist the bartender made it the best I have ever had and I can't remember her name she was new I have never seen her before she even scrape the pit out of the lemon so that the martini was not bitter and she asked me if I wanted it dry I said semi dry did exactly as I ordered there was only one

Wonderful place to eat whether it's appetizers and beer or dinner with cocktails or wine or just plain family time.
Menu is large and the food is terrific. I enjoyed a pork tenderloin sandwich with Fr onion soup while my partner enjoyed a patty melt with delicious homemade chips.
We would definitely recommend to anyone and can't wait to go back.
