Our kitchen designers understand that this is not an easy process but we will guide you through it all and make it seem simple.

Approximately 2 months ago, I posted a review regarding my experience with this company. I was very frustrated at the time, and not happy at all. The owner of the company, with the designer of our project, corrected the challenges and have exceeded my expectations. This company is committed to its customer's satisfaction, and has proven such by backing their reputation while designing beautiful living spaces in this community. The owner personally visited our home, and with her designing skills, made some suggestions that have created perfect final touches.

Custom Kitchens by Design is the REAL DEAL!! Our kitchen renovation was top notch from start to finish. First and foremost, we love the innovative design of our new kitchen. The cabinet selections and finishes they offer are timeless. The designers worked very hard to walk us through each step of the process and coordinate all of the moving parts and were always just a phone call away. And anyone who has ever lived through a renovation knows what a huge undertaking it is!! Very disappointing. Designer made huge mistakes that set renovation back almost 6 weeks. Broken cabinets, cabinets measured incorrectly, vanities cut short. She (Deborah) was terrible returning phone calls. Workers there to do install 3 times...no show on cabinets, no phone call, very unprofessional. I will NEVER recommend them. My husband had her come to the site to show her the fiasco. I would like the owner of the company to see. In fact if I were the owner I would want to know.
