Sam on their sales team was informative and responsive from start to finish and the installation team did an amazing job using and documenting all the lead safe practices to remove our old windows and keep our young child safe from dust. We used NOVA Exteriors for a major window replacement project. Our 25 year old home needed nearly 50 windows replaced. Our sales person, Kenny, was awesome and came up with some amazing solutions to save us some money a few areas that were of concern for us. We completed the installation yesterday. The crew was prompt, efficient, and extremely thorough. We are very happy with the quality of the Provia windows. We looked at five different companies I truly feel that the overall value for price was exactly right with NOVA Exteriors.

NOVA Exteriors did a fantastic job replacing an old wooden & glass door and an outdated storm door. It was a custom job because of irregular sizes and settling of my 85 year old house. We had a new front entry door with sidelights and new sliding door installed. We had a great experience from selling to installation. Dave, worked closely with us on style alternatives and color choices. His experience was invaluable. Due to the current supply chain issues and Covid, it took a bit longer than anticipated to receive the doors. The communication with the office staff regarding installation date and procedures was exceptional. The installation was flawless, Joe and Carlos showed up early and worked without a break. They are true craftsmen and take great pride in their work.

Please beware before entering a contract with Nova Exteriors. We entered an $8,500 contract to replace some siding in July 2021. The contract stated that the work was estimated to start in eight weeks, but we were told that it would actually be up to 10-12 weeks. Three weeks later, we unexpectedly found a new house. We immediately asked Nova to cancel the contract because we would be moving before the work would start, apologized for any inconvenience, and explained that our new house needed a lot of work that we would contact them about once we settled in. We could have spent (wasted) time finding a cheaper deal, but we decided that word of mouth from someone we trust would save us time and money in the end. Nova Exteriors recently replaced our 43-year-old patio door, which was in terrible shape, with a ProVia Endure door. Nova's representative, Sam Osta, arrived on time, gave us a thorough explanation of why ProVia's Endure door would work well in our home, stayed as long as we had questions, and didn't try to upsell us on "bells and whistles" we didn't need.

In 2017, Nova replaced my roof on my single family home. They did such a great job (timely, professional, great work) that I asked them to look at a townhouse that I own to see if they could replace that roof (in 2018) since it was damaged by wind. They assisted me in getting the paperwork done to have insurance pay for the replacement and they were once again professional and timely. They did all of the work that needed to be done, including getting the drywall replaced in a bedroom due to roof leak. I have recommended them to others and received my referral award. Very reasonable cost and so nice when it came to selling their services, when we called to ask about the warrantee in response to an engineer's report by our buyer, they could not have been more rude or less helpful. Clearly they have been burned in the past and that is a warning: stay away. Find another contractor.

I didn't get any farther than scheduling the estimate since the contractor flaked the morning he was to come by. They called saying they wanted to come later in the day but I had l already planned the Friday morning off and had other estimators coming on by. If they wanted my business they should have been on time. The guy on the phone was very courteous despite.

NOVA Exteriors exceeded my expectations. I recently purchased a home in Arlington built in 1971 with original wood windows. They obviously weren't energy efficient and so I contacted several window companies to get a replacement quote. Rick from NOVA was pleasant and not at all pushy to deal with. I picked my window replacement for all my double hungs and the next step was for me to get an appointment for measurements. In between I ended up wanting to replace my picture window in the front of my house as well and Rick was able to update my quote and get me the window I wanted without

The door surround is nice, but the header was installed wrongly, with a backing piece that is too large and not shaped for the header - it just doesn't look right. After the job was done, I got a phone call that same day and expressed my dissatisfaction, but we had to call again to arrange for a consultation about the issue. We were then told someone would call to arrange a visit, after more than a week, they arranged a follow-up. The representative came by, but the owner emailed and said they would not fix it, but would give us a "courtesy" (i.e. partial) refund of around $100

Well surprise, Nova Exteriors is about as good as it gets.
