This was by far one of the best car buying experience I have had. The cars are top quality and they are very open and honest. I didn't have to ask for the car fax, it was given to us. There was zero pressure and no shady salesmanship. The next time I need a car we will be back. Do yourself a favor and check this place out. My husband and I went into the dealer at 4pm (2 hours before they were closing) and we were in and out in less than 2 hours!!! This was such an easy and fast car buying experience! Breaking CA law (see below) by not advertising the actual price of vehicles and communication from the sale people here is the least professional I have ever dealt with.
They also do not accurately list prices, so don't bother wasting your time. I spent over a week trying to get specifics from the sales staff with never more than a sentence response with little to no details that were requested.
Under California Vehicle Code section 11713.1(e), when car dealers publish advertisements for cars and trucks, and those ads include asking prices, then the dealers are prohibited from selling the advertised
