Drove here specifically from the city to test drive a couple of cars I was interested in buying and was told after arriving and looking at the car I could only test drive once finalizing all the paperwork to buy the car (credit check, financing terms etc.). I called ahead to reserve the cars to test drive and wasn’t informed of this. Walked away, horrible bait and switch experience that felt very sleazy.

Where is the 0 stars. I went here to look at a couple cars. The sales guy that was there walked away when I came on the lot. I was finally greeted with a hello and what I was looked for. He didn't give me his name. I wanted to test drive two cars. I was asked for ID and insurance to test drive the cars. Out of the two, the s class was about $39k. I can understand if I was going for a super high end car, then maybe insurance is needed. Did he think I could not afford it and wanted my insurance?? If I could give them 0 stars I would. ZERO stars for wasting my time. They didn’t value my time even though there email says. Don’t believe there “Contactless car purchase” gimmick. It didn’t work even when I was pre approved from my bank and live 2,000 miles away. They will waste your time. I searched far and wide for a particular SUV with the options we wanted. This dealer definitely deserves the 5 star rating I'm providing. We arrived at the dealership 2 hours before closing and Alexi and Ash worked diligently to secure a deal. We were able to leave with our purchase same day! The cars on this lot are in exceptional condition. Will definitely recommend to anyone in the market looking for great service and sure deals.

This review is well overdue, but better late than never I suppose.
I had the BEST experience at this dealership. I came in with not so good credit and high expectations. With the hard work, attention, and dedication of Alexi, I was able to drive off the lot with the car of my dreams!! It has been just 2 months shy of a year and my Range Rover Sport is still a beauty. She drives well and I have experienced zero issues. There was even still a almost a year left of the manufacturer warranty on the vehicle; which is was a plus!

My husband had a great experience with Alexi. From the moment he called in and then showed up to test drive the 2014 Nissan Maxima which he ended up buying, Alexi was friendly and worked with my husband on pricing and his old vehicle trade in. Also, Alexi followed up post buy with a couple of services that the Maxima needed done. He was professional and the overall experience was top notch (they even dealt with the DMV paperwork after the vehicle trade in). Five stars all the way for M Sport Motors, highly recommendable!

Go to Hector! He’s the best! He helped me get my 2010 BMW M6! I got exactly the right spec that I wanted and I was able to negotiate off an already good price. If it weren’t for Hector I probably would have gone elsewhere, but I really liked the fact that he helped me throughout the whole process and told me my different financing options. I ended up leaving the lot with my new-to-me M6, thank you Hector and M Sport team for helping me with getting my dream car!

I finally got my "Dream Car" thanks to Alexi and M Sport Motors! I was going to visit another dealer in the Sacramento area after stopping to see the 2015 Maserati S Q4 they advertised in Car Gurus. After talking to Alexi and test driving this pristine vehicle, I decided against doing my "Due Diligence" and comparing both cars (exactly the same except the other car was a 2014 and a little less cost). Buying a car is stressful enough and visiting a dealership can feel overwhelming. AVOID that altogether and COME HERE. Seriously, these guys are friendly, professional and happy to show you different options.
Ibrahim is the greatest so make sure you ask for him!! My husband researched their website before we came by and test drove. Clear website & update to date on inventory. I instantly fell in love with the car I drove but we weren't pressured
