We have visited this salon now 3 times and have always loved our service.
Prices seem to have increased since our last visit but we were ok with that, as long as we get our service.
This last time, we made reservations for 3 at 6:15pm. They close at 7pm.
We felt they were rushing.
My lady filed the skin around my nails and even stabbed me once. I was bleeding and no apology or acknowledgment of it.
My daughter has one toe that is now very sore and red and may need some professional attending if it doesn't settle down. She gets pedicures regularly to help prevent ingrown toenails so i don't

We had three appointments at 1:00 pm, and we were seated as soon as we got there. My mom and her friend got pedicures and I got a set of acrylics. These nails are easily the best I’ve ever had. My nail tech, Sisley, helped me pick out colors and a design, and she made sure my nails looked perfect at every step. I would definitely recommend stopping by!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality
My sister and I went here because we heard they were good. Not only was the length AND the shape terrible, but they are thick, uneven and the design was wrong. When she asked for a refund, they were rude as all hell and refused. They wouldn’t even fix it for her. Never coming here again. Absolutely terrible.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I'd been here a few times with no incident and actually liked the people I had doing my nails. Yesterday, a girl made a mistake and some of the dip polish she did on one nail cracked and chipped off. Whatever fine I'll get it fixed. When the manager called asking about why I called the day before, I explained what happened and asked if I could come get it fixed. He kept saying how busy they were and asked if I could come in the afternoon. Since I was going out of town, I said I had to come in the morning. He sounded really annoyed and told me to come

I've lived in AZ for 9 years and this salon is the best I've visited. I love coming here. The staff is always nice and welcoming. The owners are super nice also. Pricing is great and reflects the quality of their techs talent. All their nail techs are very nice and do great work. I went in yesterday to have my SNS dip manicure and gel pedicure. I normally see my usual techs Lily or Daisy, but I'm not sure if they're still there. Maybe that Wednesday was their day off. Yesterday, I was taken care of by Sisley and Jenny. I got dip and the lady kept telling me to be VERY careful with them . One broke just from opening the fridge not sure how! One broke after one hour with them. That's how fragile they are. I paid $65 for these . A bit extreme for such fragile nails. They offered to fix them but I live super far from the location and knowing how fragile they are I didn't want to drive all the way back just to fix two nails that might break again. Bummed out because aime is soooo sweet! I just highly recommend acrylic than dip which is less fragile. Left Aime $20 since she was extremely nice. The customer

This is my usual spot to go to for nails. Amy is amazing! She does a fantastic job. I am giving it 3 stars, though because I have had terrible experience with the SNS. SNS is supposed to last 3-4 weeks and lately mine have lasted for 1-2 at best. The last time I just came in to have them remove it because it started to crack literally a week after I had the SNS done. I do recommend their pedicures though! I have had great experiences with pedicures and their waxing, too.
