Note: Any calendar appointment scheduled is for time of arrival which are 2 hour blocks and not for completion of work. For after hours service please call and follow instructions. Get your A/C or heater ready for the season. A full check up is usually recommended once a year for the A/C and also once for the heater.

Financing is available on all commercial and residential equipment. With Foundation financing its easy to get your new HVAC system put in. And approval usually takes minutes. Not only will this help you get a new system but also designed the right way for the most efficiency and longevity. When you are done filling out the information we will let you know on the state of the application and what options you will have.
John has been very helpful throughout the years. He started helping us when he was working for another company. He then branched out on his own and has since replaced an air conditioner on one of our rental homes. He did a great job on this and our tenant is very happy! Keep up the ethical work John!.

I really appreciate that they didn’t cancel and came all the way out to Pahrump even though it was raining and bad weather all day. They were pleasant and informative. The job was done promptly and well. My vents are very clean after the fact and my daughters room now gets better air flow. Thank goodness. Thank you for your service today.

Not possible to have had a better experience in a situation upon turning on the a/c the first time for the season, and getting warm air. Once Pro Tech arrived (ON TIME), I was completely satisfied with all aspects of their work. Glad to have John and his crew as our regular climate system maintenance team...HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Air conditioning service. We have had terrible luck with the air conditioning company that no one can spell. Every regular maintenance check up finds something that needs work and cost $500+. They recommended we replace our whole system 3 years ago. We declined. We had a complete shut down of our system and called our local service company, Pro Tech Air in Southern Highlands. Brian came out, spent 1 1/2 hours checking everything out and fixing the problem. We were just charged for the maintenance call flat rate. That is a first since moving to Las Vegas that a maintenance call was actually a maintenance

The owner called me after my last review and was so nice. He's going to come out to make sure everything is right with my air conditioning unit. Wow, the customer service is so amazing here. I probably should've called before leaving a 3 star review. Just by talking to him, he gave me a couple reasons for the noisy unit but he's going to check on it for me when he gets here to make sure.
I really liked the previous guy who came out as well but I just wasn't very confident. John seemed very friendly and I really appreciate him coming to do a double check to make sure everything

I was not happy with my household insurance, because they would send A/C guy's that didn't do anything. My thermostat would still burn through my batteries after a couple of weeks,and the A/C wouldn't cool. I was so upset with the last person who came that I decided I would not call my insurance anymore. So I researched for A/C and heating company around my neighborhood and came across Pro Tech Air. They were reasonable and the tech people came on time working on my A/C for two days! My A/C has been working great ever since.

These guys did a fantastic job! A/C going out in June in Las Vegas is a real issue and these guys handled it quickly and professionally. Pro Tech came out same day to diagnose the issue and installed the new unit the next day. They were even nice enough to lend us portable A/C units to get us through the night! Thanks guys!
