I believe he said his name was Blake, i walked in to just look at pistols as i had not made my mind up yet on what i wanted from a glock or m9. Left with a glock 19x in a matter of less then an hour. Cant express enough how awesome the whole transaction was will definitely be back for all my freedom needs.

A company that doesn't know who is authorized to make decisions or what the supposed leadership wants to do.

Trying to sell a gun I was told at one location that all purchasing is currently handled by another location. After driving to the second location I was told that they don't buy guns and they were shocked to learn I was sent to them by their own employees.

I love Defender Outdoor/Supply...well, I did. Now I am a former customer that spends his money elsewhere.

Beginning shooter, was treated outstanding, they took the time to explain things and didn't make me feel ignorant. They were pretty busy, but made it a point to give me the attention I needed to purchase my firearm. Definitely went above and beyond, enabled me to feel comfortable with my purchase, and overall left me satisfied that I didn't go spend the next 3 months looking around. One thing that was great, they understood how people shop on the internet and through word of mouth, so they spoke about all the good and bad, but left the decision up to me.
