I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Having challenged credit is hard enough, but I never knew how hard it was to get financing being a Uber Driver. In the last few days, I was turned down instantly just because of my job title. After being turned down over 5 times within two days, I'll admit that I was discouraged and disappointed. I was told to trust the process, and everything will work out. It definitely did!!! Yesterday Hugo's gave me back the hope that I had lost. They provided me the opportunity to get a car when no one else would. I was approved for a 2013 Chevy Malibu.

I was born & raised in West Texas & how I adore the hospitality that was given to me & my husband during our car shopping experience. He was HONEST, straight forward, and kind. His receptionist was amazing. They will work with you. Hugo's Auto Sales, LLC gets a thumbs up from me!

They are very dishonest and impolite! We had a deal, to do the maintenance of my car, but they didn't admit it! They did the work first without telling me to pay more but afterwards they threatened me to pay the price they wanted or never get the car back!
Their attitudes are very terrible and one of them even used a very racial word to me! Jesus witness that I didn't use any bad word to them! But they were using the aggressive phrasing!
Shame on this shop and the people!

I loveeeeeeeee them. I was looking around everywhere for a car and my friend brought me to them, the best decision tht day stepping foot in their office. Scarlett was the best and explained everything to me and even worked with me with my down payment. Hugo was awesome as well. The down payment was affordable and my payments are easy to manage. I recommend everyone to get ur first or next car from them! You will not be sorry!!!
