Services
Small Group Training is a cost affordable way to share personal training with friends or others who want to work with a trainer. Sessions are 30-40 minutes long. The total cost per session is $40 for 3-4 members, the group can be larger, but the cost is $10 additional per participant. If someone doesn't have friends to work with we can help put a group together.
If not taking advantage of our special at time of sign up the following are our standard packages. Please feel free to post questions anytime. They may not appear as soon as you post them, every comment has to be approved before it appears on the site. The cost is nothing to you. You just bring in your Silver Sneakers ID #, we sign you up, your insurance pays, and you get access to everything the gym offers!
There is no daycare attendant, so it is always available. There is a half door you can close to keep the little ones in if you need to. The room is centrally located in the gym so you can always check on them easily. Come in anytime during staffed hours to take a look at our facility, we'll be glad to show you around.
