I had a very good experience at this visit. After I checked in, my wait time was very short - about five minutes, maybe less. Everyone who worked there was very professional - from the receptionist to the person who did the necessary tests, Dr. Ricks, and the person who helped me choose new frames. It was a very good overall experience. All were very friendly.

I’ve had the same frames for close to two years. I had the lenses replaced at Vision Source OKC South 11 months ago. The day I got the glasses back with the new lenses I noticed the frames had been cut and epoxied. I thought nothing of this and assumed it was a standard practice. Cut to today and one rim came apart and my lens fell out. I was completely fine with either getting the frames fixed, replaced, or getting a new exam and frames through my insurance. When confronted about the shoddy work, everyone at the store called me a liar, and said they were not cut and glued, but just damaged,

Nice people ,my exam was fast and I liked not having to dilate my eyes .and I got my glasses before they said I would . And the best part was it was all free .I love that they spent a Saturday to work and give people who arent able to afford an eye exam or glasses a great gift of seeing properly. YOUR A RECEPTIONIST & THATS IT. KEEP YOUR JOB CAUSE YOU WOULDN'T BE GOOD AT ANYTHING ELSE. Called and in the middle of me talking w/o notice I was put on hold. I sat there for a few minutes to see if anyone would take me off hold. Finally hung up and called back the lady said there was some power surges that may have dropped my call. YET I WAS… STILL ON HOLD. She said "so what can I help you with?!" after I already explained it to her the first time. Whoever answers the phone on Thursday's at 4:30pm. Your job can't simply be that hard to ever be rude with possible patients.
