This pharmacy is fabulous. The people who work there are kind and patient. The Pharmacists are informative and helpful. I brought my 81 year old mother here for her Covid shot, after I had previously received my Covid shot and booster here. My mother has a bad hip and has trouble walking. The pharmacist actually came out to my vehicle and gave her a shot while she sat in the passenger seat of the car. He listened to her concerns and took the time to explain and calm her. I was looking for a site to get my COVID-19 booster shot when I came across Monarch Pharmacy. I arrived as a walk-in and was greeted warmly as soon as I entered. I filled out some paperwork, waited for about 5 mins, and then received my booster. During the wait time I got to browse the many gifts/toys they have on display.
All-in-all, there was no confusion, not much of a wait time, and the employees were super friendly! They also gave out these really cute goodie bags that included a snack, stickers, and hand sanitizers. :)

I suffer from stage 4 chronic lymphocytic leukemia and with Covid as bad as it is there are absolutely no N95 masks anywhere I found sone with this amazing Monarch Pharmacy and they even delivered to my home which is a life saver for me in my condition. Oh my goodness look no further. Not all pharmacies are the same I have used monarch pharmacy for years . They are the best and they are worth the drive. Very dependable very caring very fast and VERY competent. Eric, Imelda and Michael are alll amazing . It’s worth the drive to Glendora !!!! THE BEST pharmacy ever !!!

Monarch Pharmacy was suggested by my doctor for their speedy delivery service and great customer care. I love Monarch because their staff go above and beyond to help with any insurance or refill issues that arise. Always friendly and their prices are much better than the big chain pharmacies. I always recommend Monarch to my friends and family in Claremont, San Dimas, and Glendora.

This is the BEST pharmacy around! Excellent customer service! Free delivery! My doctor called them Friday with my prescription and before I even had a chance to call them they contacted me. They contacted me the same day I spoke to my doctor to notify me that they received my prescription ,and could now process it. They mentioned they didn't do weekend delivery, I responded with an oh no, then the man said they could try to get it to me sooner if one of their staff members had a local delivery. I received my prescription Saturday afternoon( the very next day). Just simply amazing! Thank you

Top notch customer service & problem solving skills! First of all, never had a pharmacy call me, before I called them. Second of all, they solved the problems before they turned into problems🙌🏼 An helped me figure out what steps he is going to take to ensure I get authorized for a medication and even called my dr to get me something comparable for excema in the mean time, so I wouldn’t be without while we wait for the response. I truly appreciate when I experience such wonderful customer service.

Honestly the best, smoothest, most professional pharmacy. They carry good medicine and name brands, fully stocked.
They called me back, they checked my insurance, they were kind and friendly on the phone.
They had my prescription mailed to my house the next day and also they gave me a coupon to lower my cost.
This is the best pharmacy I have ever experienced my entire life.

Such a wonderful pharmacy, I was having A LOT of problems at other big box pharmacies, and monarch pharmacy easily handled my prescriptions and better yet did it in a timely fashion! They will even mail your prescription if needed. They have wonderful customer service and took extra effort to make me feel valuable as a customer. In the healthcare industry today it can be very frustrating on the cost of drugs that are prescribed by our doctors. Big pharmacies like Walgreens and CVS could care less about the cost to a patient and tend to make me feel like a number rather then a person..
