Pax Pharmacy is the Best. The C/S is 5 ***** . Ed and Mike the pharmacist are extremely helpful and if you can't get a medication due to back order in the chain pharmacies, Pax can find it . They also have. Delivery service if you are with in so many miles.. If your tired of waiting in huge lines at the big pharmacies take a visit to Pax.They are located in the Santa Teresita Medical building on Buena Vista in Duarte. .

I was referred to Pax Pharmacy by my COH doctor. If you are a customer who is looking for helpfulness, friendliness, efficiency, and all-around super customer service, you are at the right pharmacy. This pharmacy is simply amazing. It's family operated and Mike and staff treat you as family and not a number to sit and wait for an hour.
Every patient at the time of discharge (City of Hope) with prescriptions in hand received their medicine via PAX PHARMACY.
As an outpatient according to your location they deliver free of charge, truly a fantastic service.
For faster service avoid Monday's they have to fill the weekends prescriptions plus those coming in, but, they will fulfill it but let them catch up and come Tuesday onward and you'll zip in and zip out.

Came here for my COVID vaccine. I found them through the LA County vaccine finder website. I had been on the waiting list and the pharmacist actually called me to tell me that there was an available appointment. I arrived on time for my shot, and they had a smooth and efficient set up. In and out in about 20 minutes with the mandatory 15 minute wait. I got the J&J vaccine - one and done, but i believe they offered Moderna and Pfizer as well. The nurse giving the shot was an absolute pro - I didn't feel a thing! And, to top it off they gave us a little bag of swag - a pen, a magnet

I don't usually leave reviews on businesses but I had such a wonderful experience here that I had to share. I was very nervous to receive my covid vaccine but the staff at Pax were so friendly, they made the entire experience seamless. Upon arrival, a gentleman helped me fill out a general intake form and within minutes, the pharmacist Mike came out to give me my shot. He was pleasant and friendly and stayed with me for 15 minutes after my shot to make sure that I was feeling okay. I would recommend this pharmacy to anyone looking to receive their covid shots!

This was the best vaccination experience I have ever had. Everyone was so professional and friendly. I was offered water and waited in a lovely waiting room, which was nice and air conditioned. I've never had such caring and compassionate care as I have had at Pax. The pharmacist and owner Mike Daher is absolutely amazing and gracious and has always gone above and beyond. The staff is incredibly friendly and very fast.
They are very easy and expeditious when ordering medications and sending me my refills.

Pax Pharmacy is the best independent community pharmacy in the pharmacy retail business. They deliver and mail for free and open 6 days a week. Their staff is so helpful and patient. Their follow up is 100% when it comes to calling the doctor's office for refills. They have OTC meds and if something I need is out of stock they special order it for me next day. They also offer DME supplies. Lately, they are offering COVID vaccines which is made easy with online booking and less than a 30 minute wait! I trust and rely on this pharmacy for both mine and my family's care.

Pax Pharmacy is the absolute best!!! When dealing with the stress of family sickness their professional, knowledgeable and compassionate attitude is very reassuring and calming. I absolutely love PAX pharmacy. The staff is extremely responsive and helpful whenever I have questions and they are always willing to help. I live pretty far from the pharmacy, but still choose PAX over closer pharmacies because of the friendliness of the staff. We have been trying to get medication for past 3 days i understand that certain pain meds need dr approval for refill. I personally whent to dr office said he would send it to pharmacy whent before they closed and still nothing but what was upsetting was hearing one of the staff say she is back again. this med was due for refill 11 days ago to say a statement like that was not very nice. Get @!#:% do your job fill med when needed and you wont have no one going 2-3 a day for 3-4 days going back today hopefully we have luck because today meds are gone and pain is presente

They always have friendly and courteous staff. Reasonable prices on many things here. I once went when they were closing the pharmacy for the day and they still took time to take care of my needs- who does that nowadays? Very impressed. will be back more often since it is convenient too. Same building as my family's pediatrician.

I have been to quite a feel pharmacies, Walgreens, Rite Aid and CVS. Since Walgreens closed a few of their locations it became hectic. I would get messages saying my prescription was ready, I'd go wait 40 min only to be told it wasn't ready. I had similar experiences at the others.
But when I came to Pax Pharmacy; unbelievable!!! The customer service was incredible, I felt like I was a royal. They were on top oF everything. They are quick, organized friendly and caring.

Pax Pharmacy has been amazing! A special thanks to Hugo Ramos. We live in Hollywood and my mom is a patient at City of Hope so it is super helpful that they go and deliver the medicines that help my mom get back to her normal health. I honestly couldn’t recommend any other pharmacy. Great customer service in person and on the phone. Highly recommend.

I am a stem cell/bone marrow patient at the City of Hope and found Pax Pharmacy through them. I'm not sure words do the quality of their service justice and the quality of that service plus the great prices are impossible to beat. I can't imagine going anywhere else...

I have used this pharmacy for over a year now. When I was released from City of Hope they delivered my prescriptions to me. I had to stay in Anaheim while recooperating and transferred my prescriptions to another pharmacy closer. While still having to get meds at Pax I found them very easy to work with and finally transferred all prescriptions back to Pax. Once I was able to return home, on Catalina Island, Pax offered to mail or UPS the meds to me. I've found their prices to be very reasonable and wouldn't mind paying a little extra, if I had to, because they are so nice. Pax is my pharmacy!

If I could give this family business more stars I would! I spent a week at COH a few weeks ago and my parents were there during all my allowable visiting hours. They were so exhausted and running on fumes by the day of my discharge. I was concerned about them trying to locate my local pharmacy to have my prescriptions filled. After all they are from out of town and between unfamiliar territory and complete exhaustion every little task was extra challenging. Our case worker offered delivery by a local pharmacy so I would not be without my pain medications. I thought this was a great idea. It didn’t
