We want to make your experience with us as comfortable as possible. As a courtesy to our patients, our office will file your insurance claim. All co-pays and insurance deductibles are due at at the time of service. Patients are responsible for verifying insurance coverage and when there are any changes in your insurance please notify our office.

I am sad to write this review but it is necessary. I've been a patient of Dr. Beckham's for quite a few years and had nothing but extraordinary things to say about this practice. I have a horrific fear of dentists and would go only when I had to. Since I found Dr. Beckham, I'm in there every six months and have had nothing but wonderful experiences. The hygienists are absolutely incredible. However, my son just went for his 6 month cleaning and was told he needed to have his wisdom teeth removed and that they were very infected. Bad experience. My wife’s insurance is active, the front desk lady said she’ll call the ins company to verify. Front desk lady made my wife wait an hour and still did not call the insurance company to verify the status. Why? Lazy? Too busy? It takes 5-10mins max. Well if you are going to this place for your teeth make sure you got some good insurance and don’t expect them to call and verify your insurance. Good luck!

Yes dr beckman is very rude after going somewhere else i contact her office and told them my situation and told me she would be much cheaper and come to find out she was way higher in her price. Then when i didn't her staff send a text message to my phone ans i didn't respond because i was at work she called my phone back to back i finally answer and it was her demanding me to come to my appointment after i done told them i couldn't make it and she keep on and on about coming in and then have the nerve to say well im going to charge you for the appointment. My first time at J-town dental. From the moment I made the appointment over the phone I knew I would love it here. The receptionist was kind and helpful. The hygienist, Lara was friendly and thorough!! And Dr Beckham made me feel like I was going to be taken care of. All around a great experience. They seem to have an awesome team! I 100% recommend!!

Had the WORST experience at J-town Comprehensive. Their customer service is terrible. The employee Tabatha was EXTREMELY rude. I was told that I would receive a call back for two weeks and Dr. Beckham never called me back! I was a first time patient. They wrote my appointment time down wrong on my appointment card. Then said I was late and charged me $75 for THEIR error due to a late fee. I Was told by one employee that I would not have to pay the late fee if I came to the next appointment being that it was their error. They canceled my next appointment due to COVID-19 (which is understandable
