The Inn at Cross Keys Station is a newly constructed three-story, 72-room hotel located at the northern end of Madras along U.S. Highway 26, just across from Safeway. We strive to create an environment conducive to comfort and relaxation. In honor of that pursuit, we accommodate guests with many amenities, including an indoor pool and hot tub area, exercise room, outdoor patio, and business center.

The Inn at Cross Keys Station is owned and operated by Cross Keys, LLC. With almost 20 years of experience in the Central Oregon hotel industry, we have discovered and focused on the few key principles that create a memorable experience for our guests.

We provide a hot deluxe breakfast service from 6-9 a.m. in the breakfast area just across from the main lobby. Food offerings consist of rotating selections, including scrambled eggs, fried eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, biscuits and gravy, and an assortment of cereals, bread, rolls, pastries, fruit, yogurt, juices, and premium coffee.
This room consists of 2 separate rooms, containing 3 total comfortable queen-sized beds with custom comforters and cloud-like pillows. The first room contains 2 of the queen-sized beds, while the second room contains the third bed along with a sitting area.
In addition to the amenities mentioned below, these rooms provide a work area with a desk, an iron & ironing board, a radio alarm clock, a microwave, additional in-room toiletries, bowed shower curtains, a hairdryer, and premium cable and free HBO for the TVs.The max guests for these rooms are 6.

A very unique and special feature of the Inn at Cross Keys Station, our 200-person conference room on the basement level provides the perfect opportunity to hold business and organizational meetings in the Madras area. This area is also equipped with a full kitchen that can be utilized by catering services, making the space perfect for wedding receptions, entertainment, and parties.

Absolutely Stunning Place!!!
(Very Clean)and definitely covid safe could not ask for anything more the most relaxed I felt in a long time the staff and Manager were some of the most hospitable people I've ever met thanks for being such gracious hosts definitely will be back anytime I pass threw to go visit family

The first thing I want to address is that when we called and booked the room my husband told the clerk we had a service dog with us. The clerk immediately gave my husband a long description of how a service dog act and how they never bark. I know how a service dog acts because I own one. A REAL one. To tell people that real service dog don't bark is to do a dis service to your customers. My dog will bark if alarmed. If scared, if he feels like I may be in danger or to protect me during an attack. Service dogs, when set to the task of protecting their owner will absolutely bark. AND Believe it or

I have been driving from Washington state to California and back. I found this hotel and I had lost hope because i have had to stay in some gross hotels during my vacation. This place was a breath of fresh air. The staff at the front desk was extremely nice and accommodating. Upon entering my room I could smell the cleanliness which is extremely important to me. Everything looked clean and the carpet had even been vacuumed which is rare in many hotels nowadays. They even have a laundry room for guest use, a great indoor pool and jacuzzi, and free breakfast. Extremely happy with my stay!

Stayed the other night when I was forced to turn around at Hwy 26 because of a wreck that was gonna take hours to clear up. Room was nice and clean, staff were friendly. I enjoyed the breakfast in the morning. My card key stopped working though, but the front desk staffed readily helped me out with that, and I totally understand; those room keys tend to easily get messed up. Well done. Would stay again.
