Super cute rooms! The cleanest hotel we have ever stayed at! We have stayed in 4 hotels in the past 8 days and this one is the absolute best. Friendly staff! Great rates too! I highly recommend this motel!

This place is great. Awesome staff, very friendly. Comfortable clean rooms. The wifi is pretty junk though and they are trying to get the cable company to fix it. Rooms outdated but the rooms are huge and everything is comfortable so who cares. Would be five stars but we needed quality internet for work.

Amazing accommodations for $105. We ended up in what could have been a studio apartment. The owner very fastidious about cleanliness, stating she sanitized constantly. It shows. Extremely happy with this location.

Spacious rooms, great amenities. The bathroom had soaps and towels, bedding was nice n clean, there's a little fridge, coffee maker and microwave. Another family member didn't like the soft bed, but I thought it was perfect. To each their own.. The owner is lovely too. Her and her doggo.

This small motel is located on Highway 126 where it enters the downtown area. There is a lot of truck traffic but the motel is made of cement blocks so it is nearly soundproof. My 2nd floor room faced the highway so I had to completely close the curtains to block the headlights. The room was nicely furnished except for the little wooden swivel chair that someone had cranked down to its lowest settling. The bed was comfortable and the sink area was well lighted. It had much lower rates than the chain motels further east. It seems to be a favorite of fisher persons and other outdoor types. My room

If you want to stay in a clean, somewhat down-at-the-heels motel that's reasonably priced, this is the place.
The woman at the front desk was friendly and accommodating, and quietly chirped "Crap!" every time something surprised her (me showing up at the counter, a passing truck sounding its horn, etc.).
The furniture is eclectic and well-worn. The photos on the wall explain the early days of the town.
This is your basic, tidy, no-frills motel.

This is a nice place. Pretty quiet, comfy, roomy. Furnishings are in keeping with a western theme and apart from typical motel room. Staff are courteous, even when they have to visit your room to help "fix" the tv remote (wasnt plugged in...). They charge a very reasonable pet fee and like dogs.

This was my second visit and I'll be back.

This review compares this stay to other budget lodging. My experience was very good. Quality for the price was high. I would recommend this to friends looking for a budget hotel choice. I would definitely stay here again if i wanted or needed to stay in Prineville.

The prices listed on the web site are very reasonable, similar to budget chain prices, and already include taxes (as of the date of this review). Although they have a fairly nice website, you do have to call to make a reservation , which is still common for small family run establishments.

The room was clean, comfortable and roomy

We stayed here at rustlers inn because the motel we stayed at last time was booked. I saw decent reviews and took a chance. We were very surprised, for an older motel the rooms are very clean, quiet, nice bedding, everything in the room worked fine. The rooms are really large, coffee machines, frig, micro really nice for the price and the age of the place. The office staff very friendly and helpful. We spent three days here and the beds are comfy, we had a great nights rest. I would definitely stay here again and save a bundle.

On August 13th I called Econo Lodge in Prineville and made a reservation for August 29th. We arrived August 29th and they told me my reservation was made for August 15th and they charged my card because I was a no show. They wanted me to pay for another night and I explained to the middle eastern lady she must have not understood me on the reservation date. She was very rude and told me she couldnt help me.
I went outside called Rustler Inn and was in a room within 30 minutes, also the lady at Rustlers was very nice.
BTW, I disputed the charge at Econo Lodge and my credit card co. refunded my

Older motel, but always clean, comfortable and reasonably priced. I have stayed here a few time over the years and have never had an issue with the service or the rooms. Actually, compared to a huge chain on the other end of town, this place is a much better deal and much cheaper.

The Rustlers Hotel was a great choice and a real bargain at $60. The room was large and clean with an ice cold mini fridge, a firm comfortable bed and informative signs throughout the room answering any Q's you might have such as wifi code and how to operate the AC. I will definitely come back to Prineville for the nightlife and the Rustlers Inn.

If you are passing through Prineville and need a clean, well-located, cheap motel - stay here. $55 for a big room, decorated with some fun John Wayne and cowboy stuff, a frig, wifi, comfy queen bed. A fine Mexican restaurant across the parking lot.
If you are staying in Prine on the 4th of July and you have a room on the 2nd floor, the balcony faces the town's fireworks show. You will have the best seats in the whole town. We did.
You may also be able to see, hear and smell the smoke of the manager's kids' and friend's fireworks, which were set off in the parking lot for

Ok, so being from Prineville, I have been in very few motels. In high school, I worked next door, and still never stepped inside a room.

This motel used to be known as Rustler's Roost, now it's just Rustler's Inn. From the outside, it looks a little goofy with the western motif and plastic outdoor furniture in front of each window outside. (I assume for smoking.)

Inside, the rooms were clean, and rather large. The bed was hard as a rock, and make sure you read all the table tents and laminated instructions throughout the room before questioning how to do anything. (15 minutes
