I purchased an entire Lennox XP19 HVAC System including a Pureair Filtration System and NEW Ducts! All this because I suffer from allergies and wanted to avoid any problems! I tried to avoid writing a bad review, but am left with no choice. On my last service visit on Nov 3, 2021 I had to prove to the technicians that I have a ventilation leak in the system that has been around since the system was installed. I gave the tech the pictures below, and they said they'd have someone contact me. That NEVER happened! Again I called and finally spoke with a manager, then another manager called and sent

Edgar was AMAZING!!!! Edgar greeted em with who he works for and began talking me through the process to get my ac unit back to working. He was very informative about the unit and showed me the steps along the way and what was going on with the unit. He talked to me about my options if I had to replace the unit. I can’t praise Edgar enough for the… time, effort and overall great service he provided today through this company. Over 5 stars any day! I will definitely be coming back and working with this company when it’s time to replace my a/c unit and I will be recommending this
