Germantown Physical Therapy is a privately owned facility and has been in operation for over 20 years. At 3300 square feet, the office is one of the largest in the area offering a full array of gym equipment, free weights, two traction tables, electrical stimulation, ultrasound, heat/cold therapy, CYBEX equipment and other rehab supplies.
Sabrina is a compassionate physical therapist who believes that communication is critical in her patient care. She strives to reach the specific goals of her patients and provide the best care possible, treating all of her patients like they are her friends and family. Staying up to date on recent research allows her to provide highest quality of care for her patients.

To expedite your first visit, we recommend reviewing, printing and completing as much as the paperwork as possible. Due to different requirements by insurance companies, please understand that we are equally frustrated with all of the forms.

I’ve been going to Germantown physical therapy for two years now for variety of joint issues. I can now sit up straight with good posture without pain for the first time in about 30 years. More recently I regained mobility in my hips that greatly improved my ability to get in position when playing Pickleball. It really improved my game and reduced recovery time when I overdo it. I highly recommend this place

I was referred to Milo at Germantown Physical Therapy about 4 years ago and have since gone back many times for various reasons and been serviced by Milo, Theresa and Kelly. Everyone there is wonderful, they take excellent care of you, have top of the line treatments and very friendly and helpful staff. I would recommend anyone to go here who is looking for an exceptional physical therapist.
