No Pit Bull Terriers, Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Presa Canarios, Chow Chows, Doberman Pinschers, Akitas, Wolf-hybrids, Mastiffs, Cane Corsos, Great Danes, Alaskan Malamutes, or Siberian Huskies or any mix of the foregoing breeds will be permitted to live at the property.

The new owners have been making improvements to the property overall but unfortunately really penny pinch their tenants and any repairs they need.
Need to edit- I moved out after 5 years and got every penny of my deposit back. No wear and tear fees or anything of the sort. I can no longer say they’re penny pinchers! Lol
As the apartments empty old tenants their completely redoing the inside aesthetics and appliances as well.
