We stayed at a place called Mammoth Ski & Racquet Club - condo #35. What a dump! Maybe it was okay once but that was 20 years ago. Now everything is old and dirty and stinky. I was afraid to sit down, let alone lay in the bed. The curtains were stained and falling off. Drawers would fall out if you touched them. The dishes were flea market and old, and chipped and bent. We had no heat or hot water. They came within 2 hours to fix the heat, hot water took till the next day. DO NOT RENT THIS PLACE!!!

We have been customers for 4 years now. This year, we saw rate differences, and made a reservation through Expedia, which showed that there were a few possibilities on which unit we may receive. Today, I was email confirmation of a unit that we had problems with in the past. I called the office and spoke with Kim, who would sigh and condescend with every question I would ask. This is really no way to treat a customer. We are unable to cancel our reservation due to cancellation policies set by Expedia, but because of Kim's attitude, we and our friends will not ever be booking our stays with them

Was happy with the easy office location, easy lock-box pickup for late night check in, easy check out key drop off, and nice staff. I thought the property was maintained well. A couple minor details could have been provided a little better, but nothing major, so I'd consider this a 4-star hotel level not a 5-star.
