We're a family that has experienced 3 generations in Mammoth, and a love affair with the Carmel coast. We have been offering our vacation rentals in Mammoth and Carmel for many years now. And truly love to share the distinctively unique experiences each of our homes have to offer. From the nature, to the activities, our two homes are the perfect choice for your next California getaway!
The refundable security deposit is $950. It is refunded within two weeks of your departure assuming there are no damages to the premises. Reservations can be cancelled up to 45 days prior to arrival less a $250 cancellation fee. The full amount of the rental is non-refundable within 45 days of arrival if the property cannot be re-rented.
This is a great condo! Good location. Clean. Kitchen very well-stocked with everything you'll need if you'll be cooking. Even some spices! We were pleasantly surprised to find a highchair in the dining room, as we had a little one with us. Beds were very comfortable! Heating is good, once you get the heaters set right.
We are a family that enjoys Mammoth and the Monterey Peninsula. We are third generation homeowners in Mammoth and enjoy sharing our experience with others. We lived in Carmel for several years and enjoy sharing some of the "non-tourist" opportunities with our guests. We have been offering our vacation rentals for several years.

Quintessential Mammoth getaway. Beautifully furnished and conveniently located to transportation, restaurants, shopping and lifts. It's the perfect spot for a family getaway. We had a wonderful time as it allowed us all to be together under one roof. Being so close to everything made it easy to do many activities during our stay. The lakes were also just a short drive away. Our favorite though was to walk the backside of Snowcreek and follow the stream and enjoy the gorgeous setting. Breathing in the fresh air was just what we needed. We will be back! Thanks for a wonderful stay!
