MAKE SURE TO WASH YOUR WHEELS DOWN, TAKE BEFORE PICTURES AND WALK AROUND WITH AN EMPLOYEE TO SHOW YOUR WHEELS HAVE NO DAMAGE. They chipped a piece of my wheel and first thing said was “it came like that” as soon as we told them we had before pictures they walked away and got 3 other people to come 1 by 1 each making it clear we were not being heard. They wouldn’t do anything at first but the last person we spoke to (had a cool MTV shirt on lol) at least tried something. Said he could send the wheel out to get fixed. Instead of that trouble, maybe a small discount? A sorry? Customer service

Called Brandon on a Sunday when many places are closed and he immediately came outside to service me. Quick and professional service. Best thing is Brandon’s Tire Shop is open 24 hours.

Cross threaded multiple studs on my dually. To get them on they used a tub of grease and a 3’ breaker bar. Also cut half an inch off of one of the studs with a grinder because it was cross threaded so bad..... only take your vehicle here if you want it messed up!

Fast, easy, and affordable. The staff is super friendly and they get the job done right every time. You can literally get any tire work done here. I've been going there since I was a teenager and never had a bad experience.

The manager was very rude when I returned after getting new wheels and rims. He had a bad attitude and kept claiming that he can treat his customers however he wants because he owns the shop. He was charging me 2x the amount for hub rings. For some reason no one understood how to balance the tires internally and externally, while another mechanic noticed the imbalance immediately upon inspection.

Best prices around and they open sundays. Good service also they are all friendly. I drive about 40 min just to go for any tire wheel needs.

I purchased some new tires and wheels from here recently. They offered me the cheapest price I could ever find. So you are probably wondering why am I giving this place 1 star? Because after they put on the new tires and wheels, my car started to shake vigorously when I drive above 60 mph. Later I realized they did not put the new tires properly. I also found out even though they promised to perform a wheel alignment after putting new tires on, they lied and did not do that. Their service is just terrible. For this reason, I will never go back to this place.

Terrible experience here. Multiple times, they damaged my brake calipers when they mount the wheels. The owner is not professional. I'm not coming back here ever again

I've bought a dozen or so sets of tires and atleast 4 sets of American forces from this place I always get great service and fast! Always willing to help if there is an issue. I drive across Houston to use this place!

DO NOT GET YOUR TRUCK LIFTED BY A-1 tire . They lifted my truck and did not put the carrier bearing spacer on my truck. It has been three months since I got my lift and my bearing and drive shaft have to be replaced . When I called them to ask them about it they blew me off and will not return my calls . There Lift EXPERT Jose really isn't an expert . Beware when doing Business with these guys!!

Thieves!!! I have taken two new cars that came with factory TPMS systems in the tires for rotation n balancing a few times to this facking place, and come to find out; both cars were missing all 8 sensors. I am 100% sure that these people are the ones responsible. F U people

This place is the best tire shop in town. Get you in and out quick. I have low pro tires on my 22's and these Houston streets always popping my tires. I come here they always have tires in stock and cheapest as well. Will recommend anyone to come here.

My only day off is Saturday so I called Friday to order some tires and specifically asked Angela if my tires will be there for Saturday if not I can go somewhere else. She assured me they will be there so I didn't even bother looking at other tire shops.

I showed up Saturday and she said to wait and that they are on their way. So I left and came back 30 minutes to an hour. When I showed up she said she tried to call me but I had no missed calls. I said where on my tires and she said they won't be there till Monday. what kind of crap is that now I'm stranded on the freeway with

Overall good experience. This is my second purchase from these guys. The price reasonable, and straightforward. I recommend calling to see if they have the rims/ tires that you want in stock. Sometimes they have to get them from another location or warehouse.

Great prices and great service. Bought tires and 22" rims, and had a blowout on one of the tires five days later. I took my car over there they changed the tire no hassle no charge.

Took my wheel with the tire mounted to just get stretched and one of them kicked the wheel across the floor, mind you the wheel is brand new. Then he says "Que se pele me vale verga" they thought I wasn't looking. So i said if you scratch it you are paying for it. They said get it and leave.

I always go here for buying custom wheels and repacing tires for my rides, they been servicing me for years. I've done there designs and print for their tire shops and they've always gave me great service, thanks Kash!

Chris and his crew are great. Had a flat and needed a new tire ASAP. They were closing at 630. I called ahead and he said they had 1 tire available in the size I needed which they usually have to order.. I arrived around 645 and he had me in and out in about 15minutes. Great service and even better price for a new tire. I'll definitely return and recommend
