The worst business experience I have had in 45yrs of working with businesses.
I had an agreement to do a 16,000.00 electric sign and redo the entire faces of the sign and I spent hours with drawings for faces.
Excuse after excuse finally 7 months later got electronic sign up, but NOT FACES.! Agreement was full payment upon completion. THEY NEVER FINISHED!!
New electric sign looked terrible on mentor ave with old busted faces, Tim told me every month that they were working on faces he said "sorry and not to worry, he would get the job completed." AFTER 4 MONTHS OF WAITING, I TOLD HIM I CAN NOT
