I came in a month ago to have a small sign made for a business, I was told by the owner that by the end of the week I would have an email sent to me with the design that I requested and also would have it before Christmas, since it was a gift.I have never received the email, even after I’ve called twice and left messages with no response, and also sent an email with no response. If it could not have been done, it would have been nice to know and I would have looked for another sign company. Very poor business practices.

Incredible visit. I couldn't believe the beautiful and intricate design work being done there. Right in our backyard in Claridon. Had an opportunity to see the many signs created there that are used by commercial and residential customers throughout Northeastern Ohio. They use both wood and synthetic materials with incredible finishes and the finish painting is second to none. I would recommend them to anyone that wants to put their company on display.

I had a custom sign made for my best friend and Mr. Brent took the order and had it done in the scant two weeks (MUCH less time than normally asked for by Mr. Brent) that I needed it done in. He then facilitated it being shipped TO IDAHO in time for my best friend's wedding (no movie jokes please). My friend and his wife talk about their wedding… gift TO THIS day and can't believe that something so beautiful was mad JUST for them. I WHOLEHEARTEDLY recommend Willowleaf Sign Company for any of your sign needs! Give him a little more time than I did though... perfection takes time.
