I do not recommend this business at. I am disappointed and unsatisfied with the lack of communication, respect, and common courtesy. This company not only waisted my money, but also my time. My schedule got pushed back more than three times, all for different reasons. They failed to keep me updated on the progress of part deliveries, and when my dad could bring in his truck. It seemed like only the manager knew what he was talking about and the other employees were lost. We were understanding at first but then we felt like we weren't being taken seriously. Very unprofessional!

This business has no priority for their customers at all. So unprofessional. Rescheduled the service 3 times. Last time my dad shows up to find out that they forgot to call us to let us know they didn't have all the parts but he had called to confirm everything was ready. Just today we called to confirm the car would be ready they said come at 6. They call at 6:11 say it wouldn't be ready until tomorrow. How is there so much miscommunication within a company. They can't call a customer to let them know not to come in and when they tell you to come in you show up and they tell you

Will never shop here again. Sales rep sold me wheels that were not according to specs provided. Wheels ended up outside the fender and not flush tires were too wide and rubbed excessively, was rude about not owning up to his mistake. Would not change them for a smaller set and wanted to charge a restocking fee when the rims were brand new in box. A refund was not requested just a change in size. The sales rep is a short guy with glasses who "claims" to be the manager, extremely rude. Stay away from this shop, much better off to go with a more reputable shop that isn't dying to make sale but to

Had a a lift kit done on my silverado, they did not do it the right way! My truck was slanted unevenly for about a few months until I noticed it and people kept telling me! Even after I went to them to tell them about the issues they still acted like they could not fix it! Had to go to another shop and pay extra money to get it fixed right!

Very good customer service. Moe helped us to get what we needed. He was very good at communicating with us during and after the transaction. When I go back I’m asking for MOE and you should too. I got a 4/6 drop on my chevy and it has been the worst experience ever. This was not my first drop I get on a truck. They said it would 1050 for drop if I got wheel package, I did. I still got charged the $1200. They cut my break line so truck stayed another day. When I went back to pick it up they said they needed a part to raise it back to 4/6. I finally got it back and now after one day of driving truck it squeaks so much it's evident the parts they used are the cheap. Worst experience ever!

Excellent all the way around! Clean store front and many options to choose. Competitive prices but customer service supercedes most shops. Accessible off the main road and willing to work with you in any given situation. Staff is knowledgeable and fast with completing job. I will definitely return with any tire issues or cosmetics.

I ordinarily give 5 stars to restaurants but this place definitely deserve some love. I came by here after searching for some wheels for my car and Carlos went the extra 7 miles to assist in fitting some rather difficult to fit my ride (all wheel drive, trying to fit staggered).
The Service: phenomenal. I had to come here multiple times due to my incessant indecisiveness and Carlos guided me in the customization of my wheels. Initially I decided on some XIX that just rubbed a bit in my wheel well and I was able to come back after driving it to switch to different sets and offset rims. Eventually
