I’ve been to visit twice so far, and everyone has been very friendly and helpful. The facility is nice with lots of amenities and the food is tasty. They are doing a wonderful job helping my mother; I see marked improvement in her already. I am impressed by and recommended this rehabilitation center.

I didn’t have any issues while my wife was there. I pulled her out last Friday because of potential Covid issues. She was sent home with only 3 days of seizure medication and no refills. I called the Case Manager and Nursing manager and left messages. For some reason they don’t want to return my calls.

My grandmother is a patient there I went there today to visit with her and was not allowed in the facility.. I brought her a happy meal from McDonald's as well as some flowers I was told I could visit with her if I went around the back of the building which I did. After standing there for some time wondering where my grandmother's mill was and flowers I had to go back around the front of the building and asked them what was going on. I was told the meal and flowers were delivered to her Room and I proceed to go back around the building once there I did see that the happy meal was placed on a table

I am presently looking for a home with skilled nursing for my 24 year son attorn CP.
I visited with Miss Shelly she was beau warm and interested in my needs and tried to be delicate and professional. But I was in tears too hear that your family does not take young adults. I have heard this from other facilities. I think it may be a violation in age discrimination. Care is care at no matter what age. Very disappointed it seemed like a warm clean comforting home.

Valley view Nursing and rehabilitation helped my father tremendously. His Dr Julie Franden was very caring and special. His nurses were excellent. However I must say the social worker , and Karen the hospice nurse really helped us resolve a family problem that was holding my father from moving on. We made a plan and got the offended family member to join and release my father. It was a truly memorable experience. I am so grateful for everyone’s contribution. I have worked with the social workers at Valley, Tracey and Jennifer, Thank you for the care and concern you have shown to make sure your clients are well taken care of while moving them to settle in the community, the process was smooth, the business office was helpful and acted quickly to resolve any paperwork issues that needed to be completed. From Jennifer to the maintenance people were very helpful went above and beyond their call of duty to make sure she settles well and was happy at her new place. I look forward to working with you.

My mother was transferred here after breaking her leg. She has been in the facility for three days and they still haven't given her the clothes we took for her. They also just put a diaper on her and haven't been getting her up. In addition, they aren't doing anything about her not eating and sounding confused. I am very worried about her not making it out of the facility due to negligent care.
Follow-up to this post. My mother ended up in the hospital for a week from their lack of care. She ended up with stage 3 wounds from them not rotating her along with a laundry list of other ailments. I

I love this place for my dad... BUT his room seems to be very dirty! Floors don't get cleaned very often, there has been the same crumbs and fluids spilt on the floor for several days now, dinner tray doesn't get wiped down. I also wish the "in house" doctors would do rounds and "see" the patients. It is far and in between before he is seen by a "real" doctor, the nurses make the decisions.
