My dad was staying there on hospit and they had certain things to do for him. The first time we left him there for 5 days they did ok because the state was in there doing a review so they where on their best behavior. The second time we left him there it was horrible. The where supose to the follow certain things for the safety of my dad and they did not. He cam home with massive bruising and stiches. Also for the five days we where gone for they did not bother to get him out of bed and they didn't bother showering him.If you are about you loved ones you wo t take them there. Also I have been told

After years of constant care in quite home, A family member with Alzheimer dementia went to Wellspring as part of a 5-day 'respite care' program. We were pleasantly surprised from day one. She has related well to staff which were attentive and sensitive to my wife's condition. I made a last minute decision to add a day to her stay, and the Wellspring staff made it easy and convenient. I got only good reports from the hospice team who visited Vicki every day of her stay.

To be honest, given the reputation of the prior management structure at your facility, I was initially skeptical. The Nursing Supervisor removed my doubt during our talk when my Dad was initially admitted. She was very professional but showed a sense of humor and compassion that many in this industry have lost along the way. Happily, the entire staff was nothing but polite, respectful, and caring with my father's care. The nursing and therapy staff were phenomenal; my father grew very attached to several of the staff members there, which I did not expect at all. Dad was also very, very pleased

I want to share my experience with Wellspring. Before the change in ownership, my family and I had a horrible experience when our mother was there several years ago. We removed our mom from there quickly at that time.
Since the facility has changed hands, I want to compliment Wellspring on the cleanliness, the care that is provided to their residents and to the caring staff that I have observed! As a nurse who visits this facility frequently (I am not an employee), I can honestly say that I would not hesitate to have another family member reside there.

Absolute nightmare! If you have a loved one here be extremely observant. My mother is currently under the care of this facility and she was experiencing dangerously low blood sugars in the morning, so bad the physical therapist shook her for an extended period of time trying to wake her. Come to find out someone had adjusted her lantus insulin levels from 15 units am. and 5 pm. To 20 and 20. Clearing going against very clear discharge orders from st Luke's. She's also on a fluid restriction from failing kidneys and their solution to the low sugar was to load her up with several glasses of orange

Please be aware if u place a loved one here. Be observant and listen to your loved one. My Aunt has been here for years.. if there were another place that accepted her ins. She would be gone. Too many complaints to tell. Some staff r kind. Most don't give to cents about them. It often takes over 30 minutes for staff to come in when she pushes her button. she has fell 7 times trying to go to the bathroom. It's a nightmare. I can count the kind staff on one hand..this place should be closed. Beds sores are the norm here.. the public bathrooms never have toilet seat protectors, and are often a mess

I've been at this facility for ten years, been through three ownerships and multiple Administration changes.
I can honestly say that Cascadia really cares about the residents and staff. They provide great management that are not only effective but compassionate.
Cascadia is providing the tools and positive staff needed to care for our residents.
I truly believe that Cascadia is creating THE new level in health care for our loved ones now and in the future.
Thank you so much for taking us into your family of facilities!

This place deserve's no star! I was truly hoping w/all the coverage that this place would have been shut down! I will always believe due to your neglect in caring for someone that is the reason *said person died in your care. Had I known at the time just how truly incompetent this place was I would have gone else were. If I could turn back time and do what I thought needed to be done, I wouldn't be sitting here today hoping no one else goes through what we have. I don't have enough words to describe the pain and torment we have gone through. You have taken a life. You all should stand up and take

This place is the worst. Nowhere have i ever been told that they aren't a hands on facility. They will only help if the client falls down. I had mentioned at one time there was a lady whose gown was coming off showing her breast, I was told if she's still in her chair she's on her own. Their security, if you want to call it that, really sucks. Someone was nice enough to stop after seeing a lady in a wheelchair @midnight on 12th Ave. No one noticed. I wouldn't leave my worst enemies worst enemies dog here.
