This place gets a bad reputation as if its dangerous. I sometimes work for a guy who lives here. Ive never seen any police, ive never seen any derelict buildings where ppl do drugs, ive never seen drug deals etc. All ive seen are ppl trying to live and work and raise their children. The most common sight here is children playing, riding bycicles, playing soccer & ice cream trucks. If im not mistaken, this is a low income subsidized apartment complex. Its pretty difficult to get in. Unless you enjoy sitting in traffic, avoid Chestnut Avenue between Delsea Drive and west ave between 2pm and 4pm as

To be honest with you all. I really don't like the place, first of all i am from Jacksonville Florida. The first time i moved here in Vineland New Jersey, someone stilling some stuff in the Laundry Room 12. Ive been here almost 3 years now and i have been stub and lost my stuff in the laundry room because someone cannot keep there hands off. The neighbors are nossy, childrens are noisy and a lot of arguments and noise disturbance. The rent is too high, they promised you that they will changed the fridge, the stove and a lot of roaches and cockroches. They did not done a damn thing.No respect and
